Homemade Breakfast English Muffin Sandwiches INGREDIENTS FOR 12 SANDWICHES:
Bacon Sausage patties Ham slices Eggs Butter English Muffins Cheese
Good morning everybody. It's a beautiful day here in the sunshine state and today is breakfast
sandwich day. My husband and I like to make them every once in a while and freeze some. So we're
going to show you step by step how we make ours and we're starting by frying some bacon and we
like to do it outdoors on our griddle. My husband is the one who does all the grilling, all the
barbecuing outdoors. He's the one who does everything on a griddle and a smoker so he'll be
helping me out a lot. I cook indoors, he cooks outdoors. We're a great team. Awesome. Perfect.
Yeah everybody, we fry one pound of bacon and we like the thinner kind but this kind
works just fine too. I put a link to a lot of the products we're using here today in the description
so if you're interested in purchasing anything with my link you'll be helping my channel and
it won't cost you any extra money. Thank you for your support. We're going to cook eight breakfast
pork sausage patties. They already come you know pre-made and we're going to fry it because we
you know buy the raw ones so we can fry but if you want to buy the ones that are already cooked
it's up to you. We like to fry ours. There's a better flavor I think.
You know, gotta love Florida. There's always a small plane flying over or somebody mowing the yard.
You think you're getting ham Betty? She's like yeah I think I am getting ham. I would spin for it.
Poor baby. Oh she wants ham. You can't have ham. Look at her. We're going to use ham slices in some
of the sandwiches and I'm going to cut it to fit because my husband bought this ham right here but
it's these slices are just too big for the sandwiches and I don't know where my cookie
cutter is so I'm going to improvise by putting a glass on there upside down and cutting it with
a pizza cutter just like that. You may also use Canadian bacon and that comes pre-cut. It's a
little bit smaller than the sandwich size but it works. Here we go. I have a few. Some are going to
have ham. Some are going to have sausage and bacon. Some are going to have just bacon. I want mine with
only bacon and cheese. My husband wants ham, sausage, bacon, the whole meat thing going so
you can always get the little you know the little scraps and make sandwiches with it.
Make omelet. It's pretty good or just eat it like this.
So here's the sandwich maker and the bacon and by the size of this strip of bacon
I'm just going to have to cut the bacon in half and use three halves in each sandwich for myself
because I like a lot of bacon in mine so I'll cut some bacon. Get them all together
and eyeball it
just like that. The next step is to cut the muffins in half. Yes, we're using muffins.
We're making muffin sandwiches and I'm just waiting right here. I feel more comfortable
cutting it like this on a cutting board with a serrated knife. It's fine like that.
I prefer to just cut it like this. There you go and here I have
one stick of unsalted butter that I melted on the warmer on the stovetop.
Right here it is. Stir it up a little bit with the brush and go to town with that butter.
We're using unsalted butter because the sausage is already salty, the bacon is salty,
you know, the ham is salty. Butter them all well and if you're enjoying this video so far

That will help me a lot, help my channel and really tell YouTube to recommend my video to
more people. That's what that does more than anything. So everybody will know how to make
some delicious breakfast muffin sandwiches. On to the last one. It makes for a moist flavorful
sandwich. Voila! So here I have a plate with all of the meat and I'm getting a plate ready with
all of the cheeses. I want Kobe Jack cheese on all of my sandwiches. I have one slice of cheese
for each sandwich and I have I want six sandwiches with Kobe Jack. My husband wants six sandwiches
with American cheese and this is what I do. I'll just break it up in half, in half again and
get it ready like that. Cut in half, then in half again and again to make them fit better
in the sandwich. This little sandwich maker is pretty simple everybody. It's composed of two
halves. I'm going to lift this one up right here. See the bottom half and then there's this part
that you can remove and then take it back down and what we're going to do is with the remaining
butter, you know that butter we brushed the muffins with, I'm going to go ahead and brush the bottom
and the sides and this part right here, but if you prefer to use pan spray, it's fine
or butter that comes in a spray bottle, it's fine too. Then lower it. The butter had solidified on
me guys. I had to go and melt it again a little bit. A little bit goes a long way actually
and let's not forget this top part right here and you see why it's so important to just
butter up everything and now I'm going to close it. Make sure everything's centered.
Close it. So I just plugged it in. As you can see the power light is on and once it's preheated,
the preheat light is going to come on and we'll be able to assemble the sandwiches.
The sandwich maker is preheated. I'm going to lift this part, put the bottom of the muffin down,
another bottom of a muffin down. I'll get my cheese. I'll put a couple of pieces of cheese on
like that. I'll get some bacon. One, two, three. One, two, three and then close it.
Time for the egg. I like to break it in here because if the egg is bad, it won't ruin your
sandwich. So one egg going in. Another egg right there. Clean up your hands. Put the egg in there.
I'm going to use my little wire whisk. I think either one is fine. I like it scrambled. If you
don't, you can just leave it alone. You know you want more like those you get at the fast food
place. And now put a little more cheese on that. I like a lot of cheese guys. Put your muffin top
on each. Close it and set the timer. One, just 30 seconds, one minute, one and a half, two,
two and a half, three, three and a half minutes and let it cook. So this one is done too.
I'm going to remove this middle part, lift it, put it up. Let me put this down.
Move this part, let it drop, right? Then put it back up. Now this part right here,
lift it, help it out. Wow. Everybody look at this. This is absolutely gorgeous. Everybody
so much better than any place you can go get this at and made by you and using products. You know,
you know how it was made. You know, you can trust it because you made it. I'm going to put
a muffin bottom. He wants American cheese. So we'll put a couple little pieces of the American
cheese. Whoops. I'm making a mess again here. He wants, let's see, a couple of sausages.
Do a couple of the ham slices. Bring it down. Get the eggs cracking.
I was supposed to put in a bowl first. Make sure it's not a bad egg.
Whisk it. I think he's going to want a couple of them scrambled, a couple of them whole.
I mean like without being scrambled. A little more cheese on top. Muffin tops going on.
Literally and close. Let's try three minutes this time because I think it's,
nope. There you go. You put too much. Just put one arrow down and it'll give you less 30 seconds.
Look at this, everybody. This is absolutely amazing. Look at that. That's great, isn't it?
Ooh, it's hot. So this is so tasty. Look at that. Where else can you find something like that?
Look at this. Absolutely delicious. Well cooked. See how the egg just gets cooked so nicely.
Absolutely awesome. So another one's ready and I'm going to remove it.
Remember, get removing this first. Push it down a little bit to help it. Once again,
pull the other one out. Push it down a little. Pull it back up. Then, gorgeous. Look at that.
Nice. Another one. You don't have to butter it every time. You're going to make another sandwich
and I'll show you right now. Put this back down. This back down. Let's put another muffin bottom.
He wants to put some cheese, American cheese. Sausage.
Just sausage. A little bacon on it. Baconator. This piece is too big. I'm going to make it
smaller like that so it's not sticking out. A little smaller like that.
No more. Like this. I kind of broke it. That's all right.
Bring it down. Now, he doesn't want scrambled eggs but I'll show you what you have to do though.
If you don't want the egg to be scrambled, put the egg in there.
See how the yolk sticks up? What you want to do is just kind of distribute the egg around and go
one little poke. One little poke. Two pokes maybe. A little more cheese.
Just so the muffin lays flat on it so it'll be able to close better.
Muffin top literally going up on it and we'll close it in three minutes.
There you go. I'm going to bring this down. Pick it up. Is that done? Yes, it's done.
Let it drop. Pick it up. Let it drop again. Help it stay on it like this.
My son gave us this sandwich maker for Christmas and we have not stopped using it since.
I love it. I want to put my husband's sandwiches on that side of the tray
and mine will be on this side right here. We're going to continue making them and we'll be right
back. Once you finish all your sandwiches and you unplug your machine, you got to let it cool.
Ours is completely cool and what I'm going to do next is I'm going to remove this part here.
Lift it. Remove that part there and I got a damp paper towel. I'm just going to wipe it up.
Wipe it all off. Of course you cannot wash this because it has you know heating elements
and just wipe it down the best you can. You might need more paper towels.
See how dirty that is? I'm going to need more paper towels and I'll finish cleaning this up
and then I'm going to take these parts right here to the sink and show you how I wash those.
When I opened this up, grease and water started falling in the back of it. See that's why we put
paper towels down here and right there some grease falls on the feet and you know that's
part of the process of cleaning. You're going to have to wipe it all down once you remove it
from the foil. I'm just going to put it in hot soapy water in the sink. Open it up you know
like that. There's three parts right here and just I let it soak for about 10 minutes.
I'm going to show you how I wash this. Once you let it soak for about 10 minutes or so in hot
soapy water just get you know a little sponge and go to town. All three pieces.
It's not bad and just rinse with warm or cold water however you want to do
and that's it guys. It's all clean and I'm going to
wash all sides, all the little crevices, get all the grease off and just rinse.
This is warm water. It's fine too. It's really not that bad. Clean up with a breeze.
Once it's all rinsed just let it dry. We love this vacuum sealer. Every time we make these
sandwiches we freeze a few. So I'm going to start by turning on the button in the back
and I'm going to put a couple of my bacon sandwiches in the bag.
I ate one and I'm going to eat another one tomorrow morning. So I'm going to refrigerate
the other one but these two I want frozen. So what I'm going to do is open this up
put the two sandwiches in there, the bag in there.
Kind of separate them a little bit. It doesn't make a difference but I like them separated.
Pick this up. Put the you know the plastic here the best you can on this. I just love this thing.
We use it a lot. Lower it. Close it. I'm going to have to set this to strong because it's
normal by default. Strong off. Strong and just press start. Okay so it's done.
Pick this up and it's freezer time. I'm going to freeze a couple more.
We love using this machine. We use it all the time so I just place it in the freezer.
You may refrigerate it for up to three days and freeze it up to three months.
This is it everybody. The last two.
I hope you like this. I hope you make these muffins. There's nothing like homemade.
Thank you for watching.
