Why We CAN'T STAY in the UK Anymore!

good morning guys welcome to the vlog a little bit of an errand mission this morning um i bought this storage thing in this beautiful tan color for the back of the range rover to um store our to store our muddy walking boots and things like that um to keep it a little bit neater back here but you know how they say that whatever space you have you fill it in terms of living space houses etc it's the same for cars because the range rover boot is absolutely full um we've got two of coda's bugs in here and we only really need one so i'm doing a little bit of swapperoo with the cars and buggies and where we're keeping them when we have the house the new house that we are moving to at some point this will all be a lot easier but there's very little space in our current flat so we are trying to do the best we can with everything we've got so a little bit of arranging to do this morning then we're heading out for some breakfast um my favorite coffee shop in the area does buy one get my free pancakes on a tuesday two foot two two for tuesday pancakes something like that so i think we will see you there i just need to arrange this is what i'm kind of currently dealing with lucy's here just getting coder in the car hello so let us get this sorted and we'll see in just a second would you like some pancakes it's not long now until koda can start eating solid foods uh so comment below what was the first food that you fed your baby what was the first other than milk what was the first like solid that they had or not solid puree of some sort something that's not milk what was the first thing and also what age did you do it because in the uk they recommend to get as close to six months as you possibly can and start with things like apple puree pear puree carrot puree that kind of stuff um and then go from there so i'm very excited for that it's going to be incredibly messy but i can't wait just parked the car koda is now in his bigger pram or buggy it's facing this way well the other one's facing this way but this one is like more of a kind of sitting up one isn't it yeah so yeah he's outgrown the new well the what do you call that first age one bassinet right okay why not look at them what's wrong with that the wonkiest things i've lost my other ones that's why i never spend good money on sunglasses because i always lose them i will find them again um right let me lock the car lucy says i can't wear these i'm talking about lucy they look good i think a little bit wonky fun fact this road i think it was one of these properties maybe that property there um is where kim and tom when they came to visit us in worthing that was their airbnb so we we know this road very well and it just happened so we're actually on our way to do a grocery shop today but it's so weird my favorite coffee shop was just on the way to the grocery store how weird is that loose literally on the way it's literally the opposite direction yeah but it's in the same town how weird is that so obviously we have to stop in [Music] [Music] trying to decide on our pancakes they're all so good and we've had most of them before so it's a very hard decision the coffee here i've said it once i'll say again is i don't think you said it sublime and i've said it more way more than once yeah i can't connect beth over here on the decks making the coffee on the tip shout out to ben shout out to beth possibly for people's meals say that again i said i just said to beth i'm pretty sure they get bigger every time i don't know how i meant to eat that that's probably for four people's food this is my hand i've got quite big that is yeah like it's insane and it's thick four pink three chunky pancakes three really thick pancakes that are this big wow loads of toppings and an entire chunk of maple syrup insane koda do you want to have a little bit in a few weeks we're going to be trying them on solid foods maybe not pancakes no definitely not i've also got mine but i've got the savory one which is eggs bacon mushroom delicious and currently applying to some comments on the new vlog so thank you if you left a comment if you leave comments on these vlogs we really appreciate it we i'm texting the babies okay we're currently in sainsburys for a change we don't usually shop in sainsbury's but our gym is near sainsbury's and we thought let's give it a go and i'd say seven out of ten we're not going to the gym it's just that's just useless knowledge this is what i thought of it oh i think you said like we're going to go to the gym we're going to get a food shop i'm finding it hard to find things but quite like the choice once you do get to the area if that makes sense so i could grow to love it and we're in like the makeup island it's the best lighting i've ever seen so i thought i'd pick the camera up coda's giggling away and this is a shop so far so do you know what being doing well one of the great privileges of being a youtuber is being able to do your food shop on a weekday yes because this store is nice it's so empty no one here at all no one here at all um we'll show you what we've got when we get home these this is i'm gonna stand right here now and do a promotion for this company even though we're not working with them not even don't call it a promotion up the brand name for this stuff flex offending if you are a hay fever sufferer like me you need to get your actually no probably can't give medical advice on youtube that would not be allowed this is not medical advice basically george has been struggling struggling heavily this year with hay fever itchy eyes runny nose feeling like a headache feeling like my head is going to explode if anyone can relate to hay fever any hay for sufferers out there please let me know i've never ever had it in other countries it's only the uk um this this is helping me not medical advice but that is helping me a little bit this year and george is genuinely we're both 100 apparently um next year we're not going to be in the uk around summer because of hay fever i'm going to plan next year around hey look i'm watching you sorry that's the cutest thing ever oh my god so i can tell he got so lucky i swear he's the cutest best baby in the whole world yeah i can tell you this right now we are not staying in the uk next year during the months of may june july and august it sounds dramatic but honestly it's like he's had an illness for the last two months what was it anywhere we're going anywhere other than the uk next you're just like we're booking a trip to western france because it's got the least hay fever in europe and i think we might be going so yeah we're not deaf 100 percent it sounds ridiculous but i don't know i've never had happy the touchwood i never get hate fever um and hopefully coda doesn't either but he has been sneezing a little bit i don't know maybe the babies get hay fever um yeah it sounds dramatic but genuinely we are leaving the uk because of hay fever next year that's mental really no it's sensible i agree with you i think it's a good idea but it's ridiculous you have to do that it just it just goes to show run always run away from your problems do not listen to advice if it's hay fever agreed if it isn't then fight your face your problems don't fight face your problems write a list and it will help you figure them out pros and con lists if you've got problems write out a pro and con list trust me [Music] we just went into a travel agent like a traditional in person not on the internet travel agents [Music] that's so good because one of the trips we're planning something we want to do this year involves actually booking like with a company so we thought we would go and see if they did any deals because when we booked similar trip years ago this is a cruise by the way we're thinking of doing a cruise at some point later in the year um lucy and i've been on several cruises comment below if you've been on one comment we actually have viewers who work on cruise ships so if you work on a cruise ship right now and you're watching this shout out to you um so went into a travel agent see if there are any better deals and man you can um we're not ones to complain or moan or you know but you can see why physical in-person travel agents are maybe not going to be around too long in the future because they were i don't know all of them not all of them i'm not i'm just speaking about this one specific experience that we just had they were inconvenienced by us being there basically and they didn't know anything about the holiday we were looking to book they basically just in front of us googled what we could google at home the main thing was that they were just saying like um but no one wanted to deal with us and they were like can you deal with them in front of us yeah i don't if you're gonna hear lucy back there but she said yeah when we walked in there were two people in there and they both looked each other like it was a real inconvenience that we'd walked in there were no other customers in there and they were saying right in front of us oh can you do this one and then we'll go well i haven't had my lunch yet it's like well i've got all these other ones to do this afternoon it's like yeah well so have i oh i'll do it then no no you'd do it i'll do it then it felt very as a potential customer of their business we did not feel welcome we're not going to name and shame obviously that is not our style but i'm sure you can guess you know we live a popular um travel agent holiday booking i think in the old days before people had the internet before people could book things themselves fine you'd go there choose a holiday they'd fill in your details book your flights do your paperwork etc maybe there's still some benefit of that but we've never really used a travel agent other than for a cruise years ago and yeah just bad service but anyway never mind we're home now little iced coffee on there lucy's putting all the shopping away thanks yeah and i need to get a little bit of editing done this afternoon that's the plan yeah i'm going to edit my more george video and again today we both want to go to the gym see our see how far we get it's 4 p.m dakota's bedtime is 6 p.m or 6 37 so we've kind of got like two hours of the day left pretty much before we're getting him to bed and starting that whole process so the days at the moment just fly by because he's been sleeping less we've been sleeping in a little bit more trying to get extra sleep because we're up maybe 3am then maybe 5 30 so then we'll sleep till maybe eight or nine if we can to try and catch up on some sleep and then we've got to get ready for the day get him already by the time we're good to go it's kind of like 10 or 11 12 even sometimes um and then by kind of five we're on the wind down so our days feel a bit strange but it's again i saw something someone put on their instagram story yesterday that who was it was that girl wasn't it um something i can't remember her account name give me more the one who does the funny reals with her partner lauren lauren yeah she's quite funny she does these funny reels she's got kids as well she was saying something someone asked her how did she cope with several kids and routines and sleep stuff and she put a really nice thing up didn't she and said you sent it to me i can't remember oh you're the one who sent it to me lucy has no idea what i'm talking about she's basically saying that you have to just do your best you can't um you have to kind of go with the flow and do your best which i feel like is what we're doing with coda right now that's where i'm getting long story [Music] it's a short is that good i can't believe it eddie yeah he's lit underneath it yeah where is it okay where is it can you lift this one yup we're cool with paris and i am tomorrow morning yeah yeah i got cool with paris at nine uh tokyo at seven what's that okay i've made us some burritos for dinner i feel like mexican food is something i'm very good at and i've wrapped it in foil to be authentic i'm so looking forward to this enjoy we've only had those pancakes today which were big but i was kind of like breakfast and lunch situation so i'm so ready for these thank you sorry if i scared you there got a face mask on hyaluronic acid very nice sorry about the noise i think it's just finishing the washing machine is on a little spin cycle um so you may hear that in the background and as i'm talking this is falling off my mouth so this is going to be a quick clip and currently it's planning out a little trip we've got coming up soon and watching some youtube videos and taking some notes on things we need to book and figure out so um all getting very real we're about to head somewhere very exciting you might see it in the next few vlogs or the next i don't know when we'll upload it i don't know what vlogs we've got planned before we leave so and you'll see
