Every home is has its own identity and its own needs. Our goal when we come in is to get them to a happy place. Being in a home in New England during the summer, it gets kind of warm. I wanted to have a cooling system and I was done with window units. Of course, I I was nervous because I didn't want to change any of the historic value of the home. That's why I needed to check what my options were. And the option that we chose was JB Mechanical. When I met Bill and he gave me a tour of his home, uh, I immediately knew what he was looking for. I know they're focused on the historic integrity of the home. He did express his desire to make it look like we were never there. I just felt comfortable. It's like he wanted to make sure everything was done and done right for the era of the house. During our first visit, we did a consultation where we scan the home to come up with a heat loss calculation that'll determine the size of the equipment that is needed to do the job properly and where we will place equipment. That looks great. Perfect. After we do that, we start looking at a piping strategy. And in this case, no piping could be outside the house per the wishes of our client. That's where JV with their experience doing the work, he suggested he says, "Hey, you got closets. Let's go up between the two of So on the first floor of the home, we installed floor units. In the second floor space, we served that whole area with an air handler in the attic, which terminated to nice antique grills in the ceilings. After they completed the work, I looked at it and I'm saying, it's like it's not even there. It's fantastic. You know, it just keeps the house constant. JV Mechanical did an absolutely fantastic job. At the end of the day, he's super happy and that's all I could ask for. So, for those customers that may be hesitant, no fear. There's plenty of options out there for you.
