Written recipe for Chinese Golden Pumpkin Soup:
Ingredients:
1 can of pumpkin puree
5 slices of napa cabbage
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 piece of ginger
1 tbsp goji berries (optional)
3 and 1/2 cups water
salt
olive oil
chopped green onion
black pepper
1. Bring the water to boil, and add salt, bouillon, and olive oil.
2. Add napa cabbage, and cook about 7 minutes or till they are tender.
3. Stir the puree in the soup, and simmer about 2 minutes.
4. Add goji berries, and grate ginger to your taste. Simmer about 1/2 minute.
5. Finish with black pepper and chopped green onions. Serve!
