‘F1’: Lewis Hamilton Talks Driving with Brad Pitt & Doing More ACTING

So, Damson said that you were on set and you were such a helping hand, you were telling them, you were calling *** on a lot of things he said at first, but what do you think about how everything came to be? I mean, I love how it all came out, I mean, it's been like four years we've been working on this, so it's been a long, long road. I've never been a part of creating the movie, so from the first treatment to the, you know, to working on the script, to working on the characters, to watching all the different videotapes of the actors doing their scenes, to see whether or not we, who we're hiring, and I think we really brought on the best cast. The cast has been incredible, Joe and Jerry have been incredible, the whole crew, casting crew and the crew in the background who made this movie what it is today has been, I'm so grateful to them. And what do you think about seeing Damson and Brad Pitt behind the wheel? I mean, that was super fun, I mean, I got to take Brad out for the first time a couple years ago on a track and then I got to, I said, like, show me what you can do, and he took me out on a lap and straight away I could see he was already, he was a bit of a racing driver already, so. Were you scared for him though? No, no, I wasn't scared for him, but Damson I was a little bit scared, because I don't think Damson grew up watching, like, black families don't grow up watching racing, you know, like, me and my family were, maybe today it's different, but when I was growing up there weren't many black people into this sport, so, same for Damson, like, I think he probably was thrown in the deep end, but he did such an amazing job. And I just want to know, are you going to get into the acting? I know you were supposed to do Top Gun, but can we see more of you? I don't know, I don't know, I think, I've really loved doing the production in the background of this one, but, you know, never say never.
