📋 INGREDIENTS:
• 500 g (1 lb) ground beef
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1 can (400 g / 14 oz) chopped tomatoes
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp chili powder (optional)
• Salt and pepper
• 4 flour tortillas
• 200 g grated Cheddar or Gouda
• Sour cream
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Preparation:
● Fry the minced meat: Heat olive oil in a pan, briefly sauté the onion and garlic. Add the minced meat and fry until browned.
• Prepare the sauce: Briefly fry the tomato paste. Add the tomatoes and spices and simmer for ten minutes.
● Fill and roll: Fill tortillas with the ground meat mixture, roll up and place in a greased baking dish.
● Bake: Pour the remaining sauce and cheese over the top and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
● Serving: Garnish with sour cream and coriander – done!
