Defective run capacitor replacement on a Harbor Breeze Crosswinds from 2013.

After noticing the ceiling fan in our living room running slower on high than normal, I knew it was time to replace the run capacitor for the motor. Thankfully the capacitors are not expensive and simple to replace and usually will bring a slow running fan back to normal.
