Homemade Ice Cream Cake (Better than Dairy Queen!)

• 15 Oreos, crushed
• 3 tbsp (43 g) butter, melted
• 1½ qt vanilla ice cream
• ¾ cup (225 g) hot fudge sauce
• 1½ qt chocolate ice cream
• 1½ cups (360 ml) heavy whipping cream
• ½ cup (57 g) powdered sugar
• Maraschino cherries & sprinkles (for topping)
