I didn’t plan to build the city today. I planned to build a retaining wall.

But then I came across a listing—someone selling a collection of old N scale structures. I wasn’t looking for them, but they showed up. And suddenly, West Harbor had something it didn’t before: a shape. A direction. A reason to move.

This video isn’t about finishing a scene. It’s about reacting to what showed up, editing what didn’t belong, and realizing that a few imperfect pieces can unlock the next step forward.

Now the bridges need building. The buildings need repainting. And the streets still need planning.
But the city has started—and that’s enough.
