I Tried Michelin Star Christmas Dinner
I finally fulfilled a childhood dream and visited The Fat Duck in Bray, one of the UK’s nine 3-Michelin-starred restaurants, to experience their Christmas Menu (£450/$565/€525 per person). Known for its innovative dishes by Heston Blumenthal, this iconic restaurant is a bucket-list spot for food lovers. The festive menu included:
Christmas Tipples: Nitro-Poached Aperitifs
Aerated Beetroot with Horseradish Cream
Pine Tonic of Botanicals with Jerusalem Artichoke
Twas the Night Before Christmas: Short Rib of Beef with Gold Carrot and Sherry
Breakfast Baubles: Truffled Egg, Smoked Salmon, and Plum Parfait
Roast Scallop with White Chocolate and Caviar
King’s Venison (c.1066): Beetroot, Chestnuts, and Black Truffle
Cheese, Nuts, and Port
Counting Sheep & Like a Kid in a Sweetshop
