[S1- Eps. 32] Tyre Finished?

My back tyre is not looking too good anymore. I've already ordered a new set of tyres which are waiting for me in Kuala Lumpur, but the problem is that I'm still well over 900 kilometers away from Kuala Lumpur. And that may not even be my biggest issue. 900 kilometers in a straight line means for me easily 1500 kilometers as I always take back routes and want to see all the beautiful national parks that are (kind of) on the way.. The coming riding days is going to take all my willpower to not stray off the straight route too much and save my tyres. Am I going to make it to Kuala Lumpur?
I'm about an hour away from Krabi
which is my
destination for the day
Good morning Internet, it is
8.31 in the morning and welcome
to my channel. So I decided to stay
an extra night here, so yesterday
I had time to
do some maintenance
and clean Basanti
so
yesterday
I tightened the chain
because it was extremely loose
see now it's back to
normal
and she is completely clean
something that was
really necessary because she was super filthy
and it was so nice to stay here
another day because
it's a very nice place. Let's have
some breakfast
and then I'm off to Krabi
which is only a
two hour ride from here so it's not so far
I've been looking at my mileage
and my back tyre actually
I will show you later but
my back tyre is almost finished
and it's still
more than 900 kilometers to
Kuala Lumpur in a pretty much
straight line
so I kind of have to
be careful that I don't
stray off
the straight route
too much
because otherwise I will not make it
to Kuala Lumpur with this back tyre
I've been riding a really nice stretch of
road
very curvy and
really nice views, I'm really enjoying
this and I saw this viewpoint
so I'm walking up
these steps to see
check out the view
I can go up a little bit more
Krabi
which is my
destination for today
so it's going quite
quickly, I'll probably arrive before
one in the afternoon so
today is actually
half day of riding
very relaxed and
nice, nice road so
I am enjoying today
I am now
in Krabi, this is
my room, I'm
staying in a hostel
so I have my own room and then
shared bathroom
let me show you

now unfortunately
Basanti has to sleep on the street
which I'm not happy with
but there's no other
way, so let me show you the
back tyre
see so there ain't so
much left and
I just checked and it's still 800
kilometers to Kuala Lumpur so
I really have to keep an eye on my back tyre and
I hope I make it to
Kuala Lumpur so let's see
