Have you ever considered using a Holistic Approach to Mental Illness Using Acupuncture for treating symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, anger, and many other common emotional issues?
Classical Chinese Medicine states that the majority of physical diseases are caused by internal emotional factors. Would you agree or disagree with that statement? The truth in that statement lies within the holistic approach utilized in acupuncture. Did you know that Chinese medicine has been effective for over 2000 years?
Our mind and emotions are so intertwined that if unmanaged, it can destroy the health and wellness of our bodies. Healing the mind, body, and soul simultaneously to face all stressful life situations is more efficient and effective than simply focusing on only one part of our wholeness as a person.
For this video, I will discuss a new integrative holistic approach for treating symptoms of
anxiety, depression, grief, anger, and many other common emotional issues.
Classical Chinese medicine states that the majority of physical diseases are caused by
internal emotional factors.
One solution to this issue lies within the holistic approach utilized in acupuncture.
Did you know that Chinese medicine has been effective for over 2,000 years?
And our emotions are so intertwined that if unmanaged, it can destroy the health and wellness
of our bodies.
Healing the mind, body, and soul simultaneously to face all stressful life situations is more
efficient and effective than simply focusing on only one aspect at a time.
I am currently working collaboratively with a licensed acupuncturist.
We design a treatment plan that meets the unique needs of our patients.
By combining acupuncture and psychotherapy, issues related to depression, anxiety, and
anger will begin to significantly decline and results are sustained over time.
Both acupuncture and psychotherapy joined together allow patients to experience steady
progress with higher engagement, release, and healing in the core of their mind and
body that is deeply suffering.
Research has shown that patients experience release of physical symptoms that include
muscle pain, insomnia, digestive issues, and headaches.
Patients also report that the progress of discontinuing antidepressants and other psychotropic
medications have been easier when the mind and body are treated together.
Due to the fact that emotions hide in the body, this approach to treatment allows full
release of negative emotional states and has the capacity to positively impact the quality
of life.
Acupuncture helps with releasing block tension in the system that runs throughout the body.
Core level tension causes mental and emotional factors directly responsible for the symptoms
of anger, anxiety, and depression.
The body begins to release subtle layers of tension, allowing the physical and mental
symptoms to decrease with significant progress in a 4 week time frame, while more complex
issues may take up 6 to 12 months.
Through acupuncture, patients are able to deepen the level of relaxation between each
treatment.
While psychotherapy utilizes a variety of approaches to address the mental, behavioral,
and emotional patterns, combined with treatment heals internal processing and effectively
meets the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs for each patient.
