獨家Yellow Bittern Stretches Its Neck

It is challenging to take a photo of these little yellow friends. They are very alert and will fly away without giving you a chance to get close. Even if you manage to get close, it is difficult to get a satisfactory angle of view because they often hide among the reeds.
The yellow bittern is a smaller species of bird in the genus Heron. Their necks are a bit shorter than those of other herons, but when they stretch their necks to hunt, their necks seem pretty long.
The yellow bittern prefers to inhabit reeds by the water or in the dense vegetation of swamps. Often hides in the reeds to catch fish passing by in the water.
They are good at hiding, but it is not difficult to find them as long as you understand their habits. It’s just not easy to take pictures of them. I’ve tried many times in the past two months but haven’t gotten a very ideal picture. As long as it’s still there, I will try again.
