✔ Warm milk — 200 ml.
✔ Sugar — 1 tsp.
✔ Salt — 1/2 tsp.
✔ Yeast — 4 g dry or 12 g fresh.
✔ All-purpose flour — 300 g (+/- 30 g).
✔ Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp.
For the sauce:
✔ Tomato paste — 2 tbsp.
✔ Ketchup — 100 g.
✔ Table mustard — 1 tsp.
✔ Olive oil — 2 tbsp.
✔ Italian herbs — 1 tsp.
Filling (my version):
✔ Sausage (I used 2 types) — 230 g.
✔ Olives — 150 g.
✔ Tomato — 1 medium.
✔ Cheese (I used mozzarella) — 300 g.

👉 The diameter of my pizza is 36 cm.
