We Chased Down A QUEEN SNAPPER After It Spit The Hook (Catch, Clean, Cuisine)

Our last day fishing with Pat Roach in Barbados. The wind and swell did not make things easy, but we pushed offshore to New Ground in search of the elusive spring time queen snapper. We managed to get 2 in the box, and even chased one down after it spit the hook below the surface and floated up. We take our catch to a superb french bistro on the west coast called Derriere for our last catch and cook. Hope you guys enjoy!
