WEEKLY VLOG: Zara haul, new furniture & girly days in London | Suzie Bonaldi

Good morning everybody. I'm just in the room of requirement trying on some clothes. I have Zara order down here. I'm just trying a few bits on before my friend comes over this afternoon. Currently trying to decide if grey suits me. I'm not sure. I don't know if it washes me out a little bit but I do really like this jacket from Zara. I love the fact that it does it does up at both the ends. So you can like have this zipped all the way up which I think looks really cool but I also really like the fact that I can unzip it and just have the bump out if needed. I can be wearing a vest top underneath of course but yeah I really like the fact that it is stretchy which is amazing. It's really nice and thick and then it just has the double zip. What do we think? I really like it and I think it's gonna be a really nice one for postpartum as well. It's very cinchy inny. Not that I have anything to cinch in but you know. I am so pale. I need to fake tan. I'm so pale today. I haven't really. I blushed and didn't bronze and it is always a big regret of mine when I blush and don't bronze. If it suddenly cuts and I just suddenly look very orange it's because I went and ran to my bronzer. I'm also trying on some jeans. Yes some more jeans. I really like these actually. I like how low-waisted they are and how like they just sit very very comfortably under the bump. I got these in a size 42. Yeah I might have to keep these. Obviously trim them down a little bit but these are gonna be nice again for now but also pee pee. I've ordered a few other pairs of jeans. I really like the look of these. I've been really wanting a pair of like creamy coloured jeans for quite some time now. I believe these are low-rise as well. Yeah low-rise, bootleg, full-length. So they're gonna need trimming. They may be a bit long on me but I'm gonna try them anyway. I've also got them in a 40 but I'm just feeling like the 42 I'm currently wearing feels quite comfy. I've also got these blue denim jeans as well. I've ordered more of a like straight leg than a boyfriend cut in hopes that the backs of all of these jeans weren't like crazy crazy baggy. I'm actually gonna try this next because this looked like a really cute floaty top for spring summer. I'm very much here for boho becoming trendy whilst I'm pregnant. I also picked up this which might be a bit out there but I thought this could be really nice for like evenings on my upcoming holiday. It's basically like a cape top so it's actually very, it's like a suede material but it's actually very very loose underneath and like not suffocating and I really like the fact that it just glazes over the bump. With a black pair of trousers in the evening I think this would look just like really chic. A pair of heels, nice and easy. Yeah it's cute, I like it. What do we think? Where have you been? You wanted to say hi to everyone didn't you? You must get neck ache looking up at me like that. I need to show the people the top okay? So this is the boho top. I have to say after not, after us being all clean and minimalist for years, the boho trend is a hard hard adjustment for me. However like I said in my current state I will, I will adjust. I will happily adjust because actually boho stuff sits really nicely over a bump. Apologies for the fact that there is still a sports bra on under this but once this thing goes on, you don't understand guys, like there's something weird. My body is a weird shape apparently whilst pregnant because a small is too small but a medium is too big and I'm struggling. My sports bras are ever so slightly too tight to the point where once they're on, they're on for the day and I'm not fighting on and off because we're changing clothes and I'm showing you outfits. I cannot do it. Anyway, ignoring the sports bra, I've left the tie bits untied because I actually just think it looks a little bit more flattering, a little bit less messy with them with all the, all the things. Like I probably could have happily kept this undone as well actually. Maybe I do like it, who knows? But I think this is really nice for the summer. It's not tight at all, like there's so much room in it. This seam sits really nicely where my bump starts so very happy with that. Yes, these are a hard yes from me. They're so nice. They feel like jeans but they also feel very lightweight and like soft on the inside, not on the outside to touch but like the inside feels like nice and soft. They actually don't look terrible around the bum. I really like them with just like a baggy plain tee. These ones are from Skims. These are the only t-shirts that I have. They're like so stretchy and so soft and just really, really nice. Very happy with these. I just, I just need to trim them because they're looking a little bit crazy right now. The 42 is a little bit big but the bump is ever expanding so I'm sure in a couple of weeks we will be completely fitting into these. But yeah, they're so, they feel so nice. I feel like they'll also be really cute with my new pink gazelles. I basically picked up a couple of new pairs of trainers because I left one of my favorite pairs at Vicks and I don't know when I'm gonna get them back and so I picked up these two pairs and I just love them. I think they're so cute. I love brown, I love pink. This was my like dream pair of Sambas and I love the fact that they've got like a more chunky sole on them and then I think the pink would just look so cute with like a cream pair of jeans. This set is so nice. I, I haven't felt good in many items of clothing for quite some time but this is actually, I love this. I'm gonna keep the jacket regardless. I'm a bit scared about the bottoms because they are, can literally just fit a thumb in there. I might see if they have them in a larger size but they just fit so nicely on the leg. They do actually, I can get them below the bump. I just don't always know if I like having my bump out. Like does anyone else have this? I know it's socially acceptable to have your bump out now but I don't know, sometimes I just, I miss high-waisted and that is something I never thought I'd say because I'm such a low-rise girl but no, do you know what I miss? I miss a mid-rise. I miss a mid-rise. I love this set. It's so, so nice, like so perfect for spring. Just cut down the cream jeans. I love them. I'm very happy with this whole order. I'm gonna keep this, the matching trousers. I might get the matching trousers in a size up as well. These two pairs of jeans I loved. You'll probably see me wearing all of this again throughout this week. Yeah and I'm also obviously keeping these jeans as well which I've decided to wear for the rest of the afternoon. I'm just wearing it with a skims top, uggies, got my Aurelian necklace on. Yeah, that is my outfit for the rest of the day. Two things that I might have decided on are the fringe top and then also this jacket. I feel like this jacket though, I really love it. It's so warm as well. I wish Grey didn't wash me out as much but I do just love the jacket so much and the style of it that I think I'm gonna have to keep it. I also have a new addition in the house which I wanted to show you. So we have new bedside tables which might not be very exciting to some but to me this is just the best thing ever because I have wanted new bedside tables for such a long time. I'll pop a photo of what we had before if I can find one but this is just such a good setup. Like Ryan hates the fact that I normally have like a stack of books on my bedside table and now the books have somewhere to live. This is so nice. The Kindle's got somewhere to live. I've finished this by the way. We're done. The last like few chapters of this are so long like I know there's a lot to wrap up like there's eight books worth of wrapping up to do but they they kind of dragged. So yeah I'm done with this one now. I think I'm gonna do Powerless next. Maybe it's like a nice or maybe I'll take that on holiday. I need like a good holiday read that's just like a one book so it may be that one. So maybe between now and then I'll do Fourth Wing because that is a very very highly recommended. I also have my little my little light for when I'm bedtime reading which I just love. So yeah really nice useful drawers. Great depth as you can see. I can fit some quite chunky and tall books in. I just I'm so happy with them. I love the marble top as well. They're just gorgeous. They're from Next. I actually have the matching dresser upstairs in the guest bedroom but I felt like putting the two together would be too matchy-matchy and actually these work just so so well in here. And we also were originally not going to keep these lamps but I actually really like the multiple textures going on especially because this room is just so white. This room also smells so good as well. We actually sprayed this on our bedding this morning. We put our bedding on fresh last night but you know sometimes when it's been in the drawer for a couple of days after being washed this is so good. Like Tallow and Ash if you don't know they're like such a nice laundry detergent. This is boring but like they're my favourite detergent company. I actually think they're going into Tesco soon which I'm very excited about but they do fabric sprays as well and this is one of my favourite scents. So if you like anything like cocoa buttery you need to get involved with this. This is truly stunning. Oh also whilst I'm here I love this fragrance at the moment. This is Beach Blossom by Jo Malone. Stunning. It's very like bronze goddess vibes, coconutty, real like holiday situation. I love it. That's what this side of the room looks like for anyone that's never seen it. We also have lots of babies jelly cats just chilling in here. Hi! You lost me for a bit there. My friend came over and do you ever have it where you just over socialise so much? Like I talk, we talk so much and after she left I literally just had to sit and do some work in silence for a bit because I was literally just so talked out. But anyway I'm back in the room. We are gonna make dinner. I'm gonna do a really nice quick easy dinner today because I just cannot be bothered and Ryan has football so I'm just gonna it's gonna be a nice pasta. We have ravioli. This stuff is so good. Like I love pre-prepped ravioli. Like I love cooking things from scratch but if I can cook pasta in like four minutes I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna have some broccoli with it, leek, courgette, nice green veggies. This ravioli is aubergine parmigiana. Probably butchered that. Fresh gluten-free pasta with aubergine, coconut oil, alternative to cheese, tomato and basil. Delicious. I'm gonna take it as a compliment that that dinner was amazing because there is currently a party going on in my belly. Nice to know someone other than me enjoyed that dinner. Good afternoon everybody. Do excuse whatever you may see behind. This is a mixture of like baby storage room whilst the nursery is still basically an office and then there's also some bits that missed going to charity lurking back there somewhere. So it's a little bit crazy up here but it's all good because I'm becoming an organized human being. I have done, if I do say so myself, I have done a fantastic job of organizing my life over the past few weeks. Like my mum even came over and my mum is the most organized like I put her on a pedestal. She's the most organized human being I know and she was like you're really on top of things and I was like wow if she said it I'm good. I'm so good. So yeah we are getting there. I'm in a very good mood this afternoon. By the way sorry if it's like really, the fact that I'm wearing, I'm sat under a window and then wearing black is really not good for the camera but you know what I look like. I'm in a very good mood this afternoon because I have just had a message from our carpenter who is doing all of the bits to our house and he was like I might be able to start next week. And I cannot tell you, I was peeing my pants. I was peeing my pants. I didn't realize how stressed I was by the fact that we don't just need to like get the house ready for baby in terms of like nursery and buying things. We have so much that is still left to do. You guys get it because I feel like you guys know me the best but sometimes I say things on Instagram and people are like you can do that once the baby's here. No, no, no, no I cannot because you know me very well. Nothing is getting done once that baby arrives. Nothing is getting done. And also I don't really want like nap times, banging, drilling. No, we don't need it. It makes the most sense to do it now and I'd rather be a little bit stressed now than just completely overwhelmed and hormonal, postpartum, not sleep. No, who thinks that's a good, no. It's like the people that told me I could do a loft conversion once the baby was, absolutely not. Having done the loft conversion, if you have the choice to do a loft conversion pre-baby, just do it. I know not everyone has the luxury but if you do, just, let's just make choices that make our lives a little bit easier. I don't mind being like a bit stressed now to not be stressed later. So I am ecstatic that that could literally be done before the end of April which surpasses my timeline for when I wanted all of this work done massively. So you've got me in a very good mood today. I'm actually just in the magical guest bedroom which I love to sit and get ready in and I have so many makeup bags in here. I need to like condense, I need to have a clear out of some makeup. Like I have millions and millions of like the same duplicate thing and this is the only room that I am now about to have makeup storage in so I really need to like condense some things. So as you can see we've got, this is my like everyday makeup bag, this is where my brushes live and this is like a random bag of makeup that is just, it's full. And then we also have my drawers here. This one has a few bits in, I actually can't open it because there's some things in there that aren't unreleased yet and you're not allowed to see but I need to try and get all of my makeup to fit mainly into this drawer and that might be very unrealistic on my part. I also have this cutie little Charlotte Tilbury box down here which I got as a gift at Christmas from the team and I need to put my Charlotte Tilbury overflow bits back in here. And then I also have another makeup bag, that's good. Oh god, we've got our work cut out for us. I'm just going to pop you here whilst I make little piles of things. I might just like put all of the nose here and then put everything I can into the drawer. So here we have the Charlotte Tilbury gorgeous box, looking slightly messy but everything is gonna fit and I will take that. This box is basically just like girl heaven to me, I love it. It's so cute. So that just kind of sits under my desk, it did sit on top but it just got a bit messy up here. And then we have my makeup bag. I'm actually so impressed at how quickly I cleaned everything out. My makeup bag currently does up, which it hasn't for a while, which I'm very happy about. So I'm gonna show you quickly what we've got in here. We've got the Charlotte Tilbury SPF 50 Invisible UV Flawless Poreless Primer. We have two different shades, vastly different shades, but I like to kind of do some contouring with this of the Charlotte Tilbury Unreal Skin. This is just the best, like there's not a day goes by when I'm not wearing this on my face. That's how much I have left of this, like. It's rare for me to finish base products and be super super loyal to something. This is my other favourite foundation from Charlotte Tilbury, like if I don't feel good, this foundation always makes me feel good about myself. I've got a backup of this in here, we have one ready and waiting. Then we have this little compartment that has like more foundations and concealer. I don't really wear this foundation as much, this is Airbrush Flawless. This I wear more for like evening occasions. Then we have an Hourglass Vanish Concealer, this is just a mini one. I'm currently wearing Shade Born, love that. The most flawless concealer on the planet. And then we have the Charlotte Tilbury, I think this is the Beautiful Skin Concealer, I also really like this. This is more of a kind of glam, heavy-duty, whereas this I find it's like amazing coverage, but it just is so nice for every day as well. And then I have the Bobbi Brown Under Eye Corrector, this is one of my favourite, favourite, favourite under eye correctors and I'm really loving it at the moment, with the Beauty Pie Brightening, is it? Oh, Super Luminous Under Eye Genius Corrector. This is so good, it is a bit light on me, so I like to put this completely under my eye and then dab a little bit of this in the inner corner and it's the most flawless under eye duo ever. Also another thing I'm loving at the moment is just covering my face with Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream in the morning. This or the Water Cream is so good, such a good base for makeup before you start with all, with all of this. And I've got a Glowgasm wand in the shade Pinkgasm. This is the Hollywood contour thingy, medium deep. I use this every single day, it's the only thing that gives me cheekbones at this point in pregnancy. And then the Make Me Blush, blush from YSL, this is so good, I think it's the shade Nude or Beige Lingerie, I'll link it. And then we've got a Beautiful Skin Island Glow Lip and Cheek from Charlotte Tilbury, this is gorgeous. This is more like summery, because it's like very, very glowy, but I'm obsessed with it. I've just popped one of the Charlotte Tilbury Eyes to Mesmerise in there, in the shade Pillow Talk. I love these, they're just really nice and easy to work with. And then I've got, of course, an Armani eye tint, I can't remember if this is 22M or 21, I will link the shade I have. It's the best shade, especially if you've got like a cooler or olive skin tone. Pillow Talk Mascara, of course. As you will have seen, I have like three of these on the go, I just actually got rid of a dry one. Charlotte Tilbury Colour Chameleon, this is just for like inner corners on more glam days. Then we have an Anastasia Brow Definer in the shade Ash Brown. This is my like go-to, I use this every day brow product. If I want something darker, I use this, which is from, I think it's Blink Brow Bar or something like that, Ultimate Arch Definer. I'm not sure what shade this is in. My eyeballs are not working, but I will link it. And then I'm also loving this Tom Ford really mini brow pen. It's very spinny, I don't want to love it, but it's really good. And then, of course, an Hourglass brow gel. I love, love, love these. And then the final compartment, I've got a Valentino lipstick in the shade 114R. We have a Pillow Talk eyeshadow palette from Charlotte Tilbury. This eyeshadow palette, I use this all the time. Like I use these two shades every single day, and then for like special occasions when I want a shimmery eye, I love this and I love this shade. They're so good. So this is the palette in the shade Central Sunset. I'm obsessed. Lancome bronzer. I cannot live without this. When this runs out, I go straight online and buy another one. It's the best, warmest, orangiest bronzer ever. And then I'm loving this for like going over my contour and also just like the easy eyeshadow as well. This is an OG. This is the Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow in the shade Medium Dark. I love it. I love it so much. Oh yeah, and then there's probably a MAC Stone in here somewhere. That is what is in my makeup bag. And the makeup bag itself, I will link. I'm obsessed. I love this. I'm obsessed with everything. Like this is, this is my go-to. All of these products get used every single day, over and over and over. I just love it. I love the whole shebang. I very rarely change my makeup routine anymore. If you watch the vlogs regularly and you look at the info box, you'll know most of these you'll be very familiar with. Feels so good to have that do up, she says. Is it gonna do up? I've moved everything around now. Feels so good. Very sadly though, the next thing on my list is to wash the brushes. So that's gonna take a good six to seven working days, at the bare minimum. And then I also need to go through my bathroom and all of my skincare. Three to five business months. I was just sorting out my bag, ready to take to London tomorrow. It's a very organisational afternoon, but I didn't really get to confirm that I picked up a new book today. I got Sunrise on the Reaping by Suzanne Collins. So this is like a prequel for Hunger Games. I've just curled my hair, by the way. Very prepared for London tomorrow. Like, hate first day curls and going to London with like freshly curled hair. Love lived-in curls. So I did my curls this evening, ready for tomorrow, which I'm very happy about. Just gonna let them drop whilst I cook my dinner. But yeah, I picked this up because I love Hunger Games. Like anyone that knows me knows that there are two TV series, not TV series, two movie franchises that I watch on repeat. And they are Harry Potter and Hunger Games. And so I'm so excited. Believe this is Haymitch's story. I can't wait. I honestly cannot wait. It will still always take me back to like reading Hunger Games for the first time. I was just so into it. It was like, I think it was like pre-blogging. Like I don't know if I even had a blog at that point. Or like very, very early in blogging. I just loved it. I loved it so much. It was pre us ever talking about books on here. But yeah, I got this and I'm so torn. Like do I save it for my holiday? Because it's a one-off read. So that's a good holiday read. But then what do I start reading on holiday if I run out? Like because I read fast. Like I have sometimes made it through a book on a plane. So I just, I don't know. What do we think? I still need to decide what I start reading tonight as well. Too many decisions. Also it matches my flowers. How cute. I'm really loving these. They're all different heights and they just look really wild and crazy. But yeah, it's a very cute little setup. Some would argue the most important. I love this couscous. We've got tomatoes, cucumber, apples, berries, nuts, olives. Oh, so good. The word shattered comes to mind. So I'm getting ready for bed. But before I do, I wanted to tell you how much I love this cleanser. It smells like marzipan. It was one of the things I found in my beauty clear out upstairs. I got it in a French pharmacy. Literally like annihilates makeup and it just smells incredible. Oh, it's just the best. That is going to be it for me this evening because I can yap no more. I'll see you in the morning. Today, I have a lovely afternoon tea in London with odd news and taking my friend Rosie. Wow, this is a really unflattering angle. This perfume, I cannot tell you how good this smells. I used to have something that smelled like this and I can't remember what it was. I literally is really annoying me, but this smells incredible. Very fruity and like borderline a bit summery, but it makes me really happy to smell it. It's Narsiso Rodriguez for her. Intense. And I don't know if it's a different type of bottle. I've never seen the bright pink bottle before, but I love it. Anyway, we've got to go. We're taking the lint roller, phone. What else do I need? Coat, lipstick. Do I need anything else? This is a very meh outfit of the day. I've got on a pair of leggings with my Stuart Wiseman boots. This top from odd news. These are really lovely. They're newly launched. I think the black is very, very new. I'm really, really liking it. I've got a medium. I could have got a small. It's quite like ripply because there's a lot of excess fabric in certain places. So I feel like I should have got the small and just let it stretch over the bump. Yeah, it's gorgeous. Really thick, really nice quality. My cuff is from H&M. My earrings are odd news, heaven mayhem. And I'm taking my mango coat, which has been sold out forever. I'm now really second guessing these earrings. I feel like they're a bit too spring. I might change. I'm going to have to switch them on the go because we've got to go. Throw things in the bag. Guys, look at these doll's houses in Harrods. We've made a little detour before our meeting this morning, but Ryan would actually wet himself if I spent this much money on a doll's house. But how cute. Oh my God, you guys. The bunnies. I'm one. Oh my God. We're having a wander around Fortnum and Mason before our afternoon tea. As a pregnant woman craving only sweet things, we've walked into what I can only describe as heaven. Stunning. Stunning. That is crazy. That is insane. Oh my God, guys, they have new Olympia Latan bags. The spritz one, I love. Also really love the Latina Beach Club one. I just love them so much. Yeah, I'm on board with this. Wait, do we get one each? Is this one for me? Oh my gosh. Oh my God, stunning. Stunning. Oh my God, there's multiple. This is a lot of food. Oh my God, it's warm. Rosie, the scone is warm. I'm so, literally all day, all I've wanted is this scone. I must know what this is. So we're trying the cute little apple. Delicious. It's cinnamon and plum. It's like Christmas. I'm not sure. I promised Rosie that before we leave, I would open one of my scones. I can't remember if I even like showed you, but I went to the Le Boo Boo pop-up in Harrods, which is very juvenile of me, I know, but I basically do everything at the moment under the guise of like buying things for baby girl, so. Which one do you want? These are the options. They're blind on the inside, which I feel like is the addictive part. This is like an adult kinder egg, in my opinion. I would like to see the bluey grey colour, the lilac. The green is probably my least favourite, but I'd say that it will be the green one. But I'm happy with, I like all the colours, even, I've seen the secret colour. It's cute. It's cute, it's brown. I wanted one of these to go on my blue and lilac chanel so bad. They're like chilling. She's not really going to be the vibe, is she? On the very chic french flag. They offered these, I didn't ask for one of these, but this is giving heat pregnancy, it just means shoving all the scones. Sarah and her mum have left, so there's no one else. We've got loads. Everybody, I have picked the most, all my friends have picked the most gorgeous day to have a day off and go and have fun in London. So today we're celebrating my sister-in-law Lucy's birthday. She decided she wanted to spend a girly day in London. I'm so, I'm so looking forward to it. So it's me, Ellie and Lucy, and we're just going to go to White City house, hopefully hang in the sun. Let's hope this sunshine stays out and just have a lovely girly day. I've done a really nice brownie makeup today. I really like a brownie makeup at the moment. It's very like contouring, which is great when you're feeling a bit puffy. I went for a walk this morning and consequently I'm running a little bit late because the walks are taking longer and longer every time I do them. It's actually very hard to manage my time at the moment because I don't know how long anything is going to take. I really want to wear my cute little Zara award today. I'm hoping that I'm going to have enough time to take off the leg because otherwise it's not getting worn. My eyeballs are gonna hate that. Wow. In the spirit of not running late, I'm actually not going to wear the matching set. I'm going to wear the jacket but with my favourite Tala pants that I never ever take off. I just love them. They're actually really supportive on the bump. Love them and they are just very flattering as well. I've got a just really really simple and then my Zara jacket which I've done up. I think it looks cute done up but it also looks cute undone. I like it. I'm gonna wear my black sambas even though we've got my gorgeous new ones. I just think the black is gonna be the best and over my dead body am I wearing a heel again today? I just can't do it. My feet were burning last night so I'm just gonna keep it simple with my trainers today. I can't lie, I'm so proud of myself for actually being ready. I'm really so early guys. My train is not for another 50 minutes. Well done. Well done me. Celebrate. We're gonna open my other Le Boo Boo. I didn't open it when I got home last night. I wanted to save it. I feel like this is something that the girls today would really enjoy and I think I should take them on a little mini Harrods side quest which I don't know if that's weird to do the same thing two days in a row but they did say yesterday that these are the Have A Seat Le Boo Boos and they're really cute and they're like sat down but the ones that are like standing that like Rihanna has on her bag they apparently are in stock today so we may need side quests. I'm hoping that this one may be, I kind of, I want pink to put in baby girl's room even though are these borderline terrifying for a child? I just think they're really cute but I also selfishly would like a neutral to put on my own bags for like outfits like this because my lilac one's going to be amazing on my Chanel but like we're not quite in pastel season yet so I would love something to go on like my my black or my brown bags. I had a feeling it was going to be the green one. Oh my god it's so freaking cute. Will you go on my neutral bag? Maybe. I think the third one of this is Powerless Reckless and I can't remember the name of the last one but the third one is coming out in April so I thought I'd make a start on this series now. So far so good. A different writing style to Throne of Glass and Akhtar but now I've adjusted to it I'm really enjoying it. Honestly what would I do without this pregnancy pillow?
