What changes can we expect to see in our lives as a result of investigating the non-dual understanding? And do people find these changes easy or difficult to cope with?

It will sooner or later find its way into every area of one’s life and will expose and dissolve those aspects of our lives that are not consistent with it. For some, that may be gradual and harmonious, but for others, it may be sudden and more dramatic.

‘Many people have shared with me the changes that were brought about in their lives and, of course, I’ve experienced the same in my own life. But I’ve never had anyone come to me and say that they lost interest in this path because of the intensity of the changes that they are precipitating in their life.’
