Can Baltic Sentry patrols counter Russia's 'shadow fleet'?

Since Donald Trump returned to power, Europe is worried it can no longer depend on the US as a reliable ally. The Baltic countries in particular are concerned about being left on their own - especially given the signs that Russia is already using underhand methods to attack. Moscow is suspected of being behind several acts of sabotage in recent months.
