Sanibel Island Mangrove Snapper Fishing - With a Trip to the ER. This started out as just an exploration for a new fishing spot on Sanibel Island. After parking I fished this bridge that had lot of tidal flow going through it. I was throwing live shrimp on a jighead. I caught over a dozen fish of multiple species and also had a learning experience after an attack from the local wildlife sent me to the Emergency room.
