Hey, there!
As we all know, nutrition is the FOUNDATION of ANY fitness goal whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or a combination of both.
However, with all the information you can find online and hear from other people, it can be really confusing as to what's fact or fiction. So today, we'll be discussing an overview of macros and breaking it down so that it is (hopefully) easy and simple to understand.

There is much more that goes into macros than what we'll be discussing today, but again, this is just a broad overview.
Please keep in mind that although you very well can fulfill your macros with entirely junk and fast food, I would recommend against that simply for your health. However, of course, what is life without the occasional cookie and Big Mac?? The balance between "healthy" and "unhealthy" food that you choose to practice is completely up to YOU and YOUR personal preference.
