RB-Only Shoulder Workout:
1) Box Squats | 3x12 reps
2) Glute Bridges | 3x12 reps
3) Stationary Lunges | 3x12 reps/leg
4) Lateral Walks | 3x12 reps/leg
Rest for 60 seconds in between each set.
