
Dumbbell & Resistance Band-Only Upper Body Workout at Home
What's up, my babes!?
Today, we'll be doing a 25-minuteupper body workout that you can do right from home. All you'll need for this workout are some dumbbells and a resistance band.

DB & RB ONLY UPPER BODY WORKOUT:
1) Floor Press | 15 reps
2) Resistance Band Chest Flyes | 20 reps
3) Bent-Over Resistance Band Rows | 15 reps
4) Resistance Band Shoulder Press | 15 reps
5) Around the Worlds | 12 reps
6) Resistance Band Bicep Curls | 15 reps
7) Single-Arm Resistance Band Overhead Tricep Extensions | 15 reps/arm
Perform exercises 1-7 one right after the other.
Rest for 90 seconds.
Complete circuit for a total of 4x.
