
15 MINUTE AT HOME HIIT WORKOUT | Kettlebell & Jump Rope

Today, we'll be doing a sweet & simple 15-minute HIIT circuit that you can do right from home! All you'll need is a kettlebell and jump rope.
This workout is in a follow-along style meaning that I'll take you step-by-step throughout this entire workout so that you can workout with me in real time!

KETTLEBELL & JUMPROPE FULL BODY HIIT CIRCUIT:
a. Standard Kettlebell Swings | 30 seconds
b. Jump Rope | 1 minute
c. KB Swings (alternating arms) | 30 seconds
d. Jump Rope | 1 minute
e. KB Swings (arms overhead) | 30 seconds
f. Jump Rope | 1 minute
g. KB Swings (hands to chest) | 30 seconds
h. Jump Rope | 1 minute
Rest for 2 minutes (longer if you need!) and repeat circuit once more.
