for the cake;
unsalted butter 100g
semi sweet dark chocolate 60g
4 eggs - room temperature
sugar 1/2 cup (100g)
vanilla extract 1tsp (5ml)
all purpose flour (maida) - 1 cup (120g)
cocoa powder 2tbsp (15g)
baking powder 1tsp (4g)
cinnamon powder 1tsp (2.5g)

for the cream :
whipping cream 150ml
powdered sugar 2tbsp (15g)
cocoa powder 1/2 tbsp (7g)

strawberries 5 to 6 pieces - for decoration - optional

** baking pan 5x5 inch **
** baking time ; bake preheated oven at 170c for 30 -35 minutes **
