Highlander Katana Sword Replica From The Original 1986 Film

1.1 Replica of the Ramirez/Connor MacLeod katana from the original Highlander 1986 film. Made by Daryl Kyle of "Texas Steel Props and Replicas". Built with the exact same parts as the original screen used sword. The Tsuka (handle) is cast from the screen used hero katana and made of carbon kevlar. The tsuba (handguard) is solid bronze. The screw is a hand carved bronze mekugi pin that goes through the blade's tang, and there is a hidden mekugi near the tsuba. The blade's tang was extended to 11 inches making it full tang. The stainless steel blade, habaki (blade's collar) and saya (scabbard) were taken from an original 1980's "Marto Ivory Katana", the same sword the film's production crew stripped of its parts to use on the screen used katana.
