Welcome to today’s at home workout focused on Quads & Core. This workout is part of our 5-day Strength Series.

This series focuses on building strength and stamina. Today is the only day that you’ll be using your own bodyweight (no equipment needed) to target the quads and abs.

This bodyweight leg workout requires a mat (or comfortable carpet / flooring) and a stable chair, bench or box. This workout consists of slower and controlled movements targeting the quads to help add strength and build definition in your thighs. Take your time and perform the movements slowly, concentrating on your form.

Each exercise of this at home leg workout is performed for 50 seconds with 10 seconds rest to get ready for next exercise.

We’ll begin with 10 minutes of quad focused exercises followed by a 10 min ab workout, and we’ll end the workout with a 5 minute finisher to burn out the quads and abs.

The workout will consist of the following exercises:

10 Minute Leg Workout | Quads

1:10 Bulgarian Split Squat Right
2:10 Bulgarian Split Squat Left
3:10 Air Squats
4:10 Squat Pulses
5:10 Box Step Ups Right
6:10 Box Step Ups Left
7:10 Lateral Box Lunge Left
8:10 Lateral Box Lunge Right
9:10 Seated Single Leg Jump Squat Right
10:10 Seated Single Leg Jump Squat Left

10 Minute Ab Workout

11:10 Reverse Crunches
12:10 Flutter Kicks
13:10 Bicycle Crunches
14:10 Oblique Side Crunch Left
15:10 Oblique Side Crunch Right
16:10 Side Plank Dips Right
17:10 Side Plank Dips Left
18:10 Side Plank Reach Through Right
19:10 Side Plank Reach Through Left
20:10 Plank Hip Dips

5 Min Quads and Abs Finisher Workout

21:10 Alternating Walking Lunges
22:10 Forward Jump Shuffle
23:10 Frog Jumps
24:10 Cross Mountain Climbers
25:10 Crunch and Pulse

Allow yourself to fully engage your quads and all of the movements to help strengthen your legs and core!
