A lot of positive spiritual energy has been 'infused' into this meditation - just for you! You will be able to feel it as you go deep.

Using headphones while listening is always encouraged and recommended, but not required.

Meditation Instructions:

Sit or lay down in a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Temporarily suspend all thoughts, distractions and problems in daily life and simply let the healing music engulf, overtake and surround you with love.

Imagine being surrounded by white light and float in the void of nothingness, where creation happens. Create what you need with your intent alone.

As you breathe, place your attention and your intent on each chakra, starting with #1, the Root Chakra. After approximately 10 minutes you will hear a “ding/chime” in the meditation audio sound. This indicates it is time to move on to the next chakra!

Intend to “Feel” the energy and that it be pure healing energy; you may feel an actual physical sensation in the chakra, or it could be just an imaginary or intuitive feeling. Whatever works for you is perfectly fine. You can also imagine the chakra itself spinning as you focus and place your intent on it.

Continue breathing and focusing. For best results, do this meditation as often as possible!
General Chakra Information:

The word “chakra” in Sanskrit means “wheel” or “disk” and the human body has seven main chakras, or energy centers. These “spinning energy disks” correspond to nerves and major organs and, in a perfect world, should stay “open” and aligned so that energy flows naturally for our overall well-being. If blocked, unwanted physical or emotional symptoms may arise.

Let’s briefly look at the characteristics of each Chakra :

Root Chakra
Location: Base of the spine
Color: Red
Meaning: Grounding. Stability.
Sacral Chakra
Location: Slightly below the belly button.
Color: Orange
Meaning: Creativity. Pleasure. Sexuality.
Solar Plexus Chakra
Location: Upper abdomen
Color: Yellow
Meaning: Confidence. Self esteem.
Heart Chakra
Location: Center of chest
Color: Green
Meaning: Love. Compassion. Empathy.
Throat Chakra
Location: Throat
Color: Blue
Meaning: Communication. Voice.
Third Eye Chakra
Location: In between the eyebrows
Color: Indigo
Meaning: Imagination. Intuition.
Crown Chakra
Location: Top of head.
Color: Violet
Meaning: Spiritual Connection.
