how can you be broke when you can just do this okay watch carefully so how can you be broke when you could just start an agency now over 100 million people have watched my free training on this since 2016 okay 40,000 people have paid me to teach them how to do this there's just two kinds of agencies you want for coming up for 2025 there's two types you could build you choose one a marketing agency you've heard of that before but the second one is a support agency both of these will work well marketing still works but you can't just do a generic one anymore how can people be broke when you could just do this you build your own agency you either do marketing or support if you choose marketing you got two options that work really well right now I would go to business owners and I'd say I'll do your email marketing for you okay not your Facebook ads I'll do your email marketing only like 20% of business owners have an email marketing newsletter they send to their people they all know they need one because they're on every person in the world gets email marketing so the average business owner is 55 to 65 years old they got a lot of money they don't have time if you do the marketing for them but specifically email marketing and guess what you can use AI to do most of the work for you second thing you can do that I like is you pick a specific platform so you do like LinkedIn marketing LinkedIn has ads now nobody knows how to do them if you know how to do them which you can learn I can train you very quickly you'll be like one in a million now on the other side this is interesting a support agency what's the concept here okay not marketing but you do virtual assistant agent you have an agency that provides vas virtual assistance so all you do is you become a middleman you get a whole bunch of virtual assistants that work for you off in the Philippines they work for you in Indonesia they work for you in Brazil they work for you from Serbia and then you get American or european business owners who have plenty of money but not enough time you become the middleman you say hey I'll support you with virtual assistance I get you virtual assistance to just help you with anything you need okay and you take a middleman split that's your money you take a cut by the way people have been middlemen you know the biggest middleman of all is Banks Banks don't do anything they store your money but they don't even store it's not like they store gold they don't store gold It's All Digital now so what does a bank do they're a middleman you give them your money from your job they lend it out to other people who use it to build a house both pay fees and the middleman makes the most money so with your support agency you can do virtual assistance I like or you know a really good one do a viral video I call this V VA a viral video agency like 90% of business owners realize if they could go viral on social media they'd get free customers but they don't know how to do it they don't know how to edit so same thing you offer them support hey I got an agency by the way me for my companies I use viral video agency out of hydrabad India he's a viral video agency out of Indonesia I use a viral video agency out of Eastern Europe so I'm the actual target market so I know this works how can you be broke when you can just start an agency you know I it's like not that hard I can train somebody I mean you can just watch this video and know like 60% how to do it there's some more advanced stuff I can show you by the way make a better marker do we have a better marketer start a better marketer agent a met better whiteboard marker agency who makes these must to be from Teemu or something like that Sheen okay so support offer people virtual assistance offer them editing all you have to do again you don't have to know how to edit you don't have to be the virtual assistant you just get three or four people on your payroll you pay them the business owner pays you more or and you keep the difference everybody wins the business owner is Happy the people you're paying in the Philippines are making way above average and you keep the rest and by the way this is a virtual business like I'm the king of online businesses I built my first online income stream in 2001 I've now done over a billion with my businesses online so I can travel the world have freedom I'm a freedom guy you know know your why fourms of motivation number one fourm of motivation material things some people are material oriented some people are mating love motivated some people are movement Freedom motivated some people are Mastery status I'm number three and so by building an agency by the way I have an agency too not only do I use agencies for my companies but I have an agency that makes millions of dollars so I'm not somebody teaching you this who has no experience like I'm deep in the trenches I've been doing this as long as anybody in fact most of the people teaching how to do an agency are my students of my agency program so I wanted to I I was teaching this for many years and um I kind of semi-retired and I'm back because more than ever if you're numbers creative person you like to get in there and then you do the marketing one they all work all four of these work I know because I pay an agency that does email marketing for me I pay a guide to do LinkedIn marketing for me I don't even keep I have a big company and I Outsource this stuff virtual assistant I have one in Pakistan 2016 I pay a Pakistani guy who manag he has a virtual assistant agency I pay him and he pays everybody else that does that assists me and viral video agencies I told you I got one out of hydrabad India and I have one out of Indonesia I use these all the time there's more you can build a podcast agency you can build a Snapchat ads agency you can build a Pinterest agency you can build an ex Twitter agency you can do a uh by the way that podcast agency is a really good idea you can build an AI chatbot agency where you install chatbots so it's like why is everybody broke I know why people are too cynical people are too skeptical people are procrastinators people are fearful only be afraid of one thing that's living a shitty life do not be afraid of trying to build an agency and failing I mean I remember being broke I was already failing you know the good thing about like I've been at the top I'm here in Beverly Hills you know I've lived in Beverly Hills and I've lived graduated high school in a mobile home in Clayton North Carolina I've been to both I've been in a house that could blow away a mobile home almost blew away one of the hurricanes and I've lived in this is a 25,000 squ ft uh 16b 11 bedroom mansion in bever I've done both 2,500 square meter I've done both and I'm going to tell you this the if you're at the bottom and you're watching this and you're broke there's good new what do you have to be afraid of I bought my first who won that1 billion dollar after tax payout if you Google him but like that's not that's not a sustainable repeatable methodology so I would just not overthink it not get paralyzed make sure I put my fear in the right place fear of failure is not valid fear of living a shitty life is a valid fear three most important decisions you'll ever make number one who you have a child with or children
