Hey y'all, it's me Serena. Welcome or welcome back to my channel. Today I have a huge Kate Kassen video for y'all. I've worked with Kate Kassen in the past. We've got a lot of ground to cover today, so let's get started with the first outfit. And this first outfit, this is a very smart business kind of looking outfit for, you know, if you're working in an office or just need to dress up a little bit to go somewhere. And it features this Swiss dot blouse. It has a cute little stand-up collar, sheer sleeves, and the entire blouse has these raised fuzzy Swiss dot type fabric. Just adds a little detail to the blouse. And the blouse also features ties at the wrist, so another nice little detail. I'm wearing this blouse in a size medium and it is just $23.99. With the blouse, I'm wearing this tweed pencil skirt by Kate Kassen. This skirt I'm wearing in a size small, and it is $29.99. Now this is a very, you know, va-va-voom pencil skirt, but it's very comfortable. It's stretchy and it's got a little slit down over one leg, so it's just really flattering. It shows off your curves, and I would say probably order a size up in this. I was able to squeeze into this small, but it's quite snug. I think a medium would have fit me better, so if you're interested in a skirt, just size up one. Let's see what the next outfit is. Next up is this white with black trim blouse and the red wrap skirt by Kate Kassen. This blouse is just so unique. It's got this trim down the sleeves. It kind of does this weird little thing here, but it's just really pretty. The way it's trimmed around the wrist, down the front, around the neck, and this skirt, I'm wearing the skirt in a size medium this time, and it is much, much better fitting and more flattering. So this little wrap style of the skirt is just really flattering, I think. It's very slimming, and the skirt is super stretchy. It's a nice length that comes down, you know, right in the middle or almost below my kneecap, and the blouse is $26.99 and the skirt is just $22.99. Now, this skirt does come in a bunch of different colors. I thought the red was fun for this time of year, and it looks really sharp with this white and black blouse, and I'm just wearing it with a pair of black pumps, and I will have these saved in my Amazon storefront, as well as linked down in the description below. But this is just a really pretty skirt and shirt, and I'm wearing a size medium in both. Okay, next up, I have another great skirt from Kate Casson, kept on the same blouse. Let me just say, definitely size up in these skirts if you choose to order one. I am a size small in most things, but I definitely need a medium in these skirts. All right, next up, I have got on this great looking faux leather pencil skirt from Kate Casson. Wearing it in a size medium, it is just so flattering. It comes all the way down to the bottom of my knees, but because it's the pencil skirt shape design, it's still very flattering. This skirt is just $29.99, and it also comes in black and maybe some other colors. I'm not sure, but it comes in this brown and black for sure. And this skirt is very comfortable. It has a zipper up the back. It does have a little split there in front for walking ease, but it doesn't show too much leg or anything. And I really like this kind of asymmetrical waistband to it. I think that adds to the look and makes it more flattering to the figure. And it has this nice little button detail that goes down at an angle, so I think this skirt really shows off your curves. Would be a great looking skirt for work or anything really that you needed a faux leather pencil skirt for. So with the faux leather trend being so hot, this is just an easy way to pull in a faux leather skirt at a great price. Less than $30 from Kate Casson. Okay, next up is this plaid flannel dress by Kate Casson. I'm wearing this in a size medium, and this plaid that I'm wearing is a dark navy with cream and some black running through it, but it does come in different colorways and different shape plaids. This dress is just kind of a shift dress. It hangs loose, so I belted it. It comes with a little tie belt, but I liked a wider belt better with it. And that just helps cinch it in because otherwise it is just kind of one big loose dress. It's got the little curved hem at the bottom. You could wear this over some leggings and booties or with tall boots like I have it. If you're much taller than me, I think you definitely want to wear some tights or leggings underneath it because it does come up rather short on the sides because it has that shirt tail hem. But it is very soft. It's a very comfortable mid-weight flannel. You roll the sleeves up and it has the little tabs on the sleeves where you can button it and keep your sleeves in place there. And this little dress is just $36.99. I'm wearing it in a size medium and it comes in multiple colors and flat. Okay, moving into some dresses. Kate Casson is great at making beautiful affordable dresses for every occasion and I've got some great dresses today that would be wonderful options for a wintertime or really anytime wedding guest dress. First up is this kind of retro design lace overlay dress in navy blue or actually it's kind of a royal blue. I believe they call it navy but it's almost a royal blue. I love this dress so much more than I thought I would when I took it out of the package. This dress is really flattering. I'm wearing it in a size small and it is just $33.99. First of all, the color is just incredible. Second of all, it is comfortable. And third of all, it's modest. It is a dressy dress suitable for any kind of dressy occasion. Cocktail party, Christmas party, wedding, anything like that but it's modest. You do have to wear a strapless bra with it because at the top is just the lace but the inside part comes up really nice and high and then it's got this fit and flare skirt that is just oh so flattering on practically every figure because it fits you at the smallest part of you and then just flares away gently. And on me, this comes down below my knees but it's still a flattering fit. It doesn't make me look frumpy or dumpy at all. I just really like this one and for $33.99, I mean you really can't beat that price. So this is a great option if you have an event coming up and you need a dressy dress but you don't want to be too revealing or wear anything too tight. This is the dress for you. Next up, another gorgeous wedding guest or holiday party dress. This is by the Jazz'em Back brand which is also part of Kate Casson as was the previous dress. I think it was Jazz'em Back as well. This one, I'm keeping with the blue theme, but this is kind of a navy velvet but it's with this sheen it comes across kind of silvery almost like a bluey silver depending on the lighting. It is absolutely gorgeous. Now this dress is just so fun because it's one of those dresses that you just want to twirl in. It's got this fun high-low hem. It comes down quite a bit longer in the back than in the front. On me, as you can see in the front, it is above my knee but then it slopes down longer on the sides and in the back. So you're showing a little bit of leg in the front but still not too revealing. And I love the neckline on this. I really needed some silver accessories. That's what's going to set this dress off is silver. And with this neckline, you could wear a pretty necklace here, some rhinestone, silvery kind of earrings. That's really going to set it off. And like a silver bag and shoes, that would be stunning with this dress. But this dress, I'm wearing it in a size small and it is just $40.99. So a great deal on another beautiful dress by Kate Kassen. And I'm just having so much fun in this one. But let's see what's next. Okay, I've got another great dress by Kate Kassen for your holiday parties, weddings, any kind of function like that. And that is this one shoulder kind of sheath dress. This dress is very flattering. This shoulder is just a really neat detail. It has this kind of knot looking thing and then the tie that hangs over either side. And I love a one shoulder. I think that is just a very flattering silhouette. This dress I'm wearing in a size small. And in this one, I feel like I probably should try a medium. I think a medium would fit better because while I did get this one on and get it zipped because it's very stretchy, I do have some creases in it just where it's a little bit snug. So a medium might do better. But this dress definitely makes you look snatched as they say. It really snatches in your waist. Of course, I've got on some shapewear, not Spanx, but some mild shapewear underneath my Shaper Mint boy shorts that I wear. I'll have those linked below as well. This dress is, I love the color. It's a true navy. And I think navy is just such a great alternative to black when it comes to more formal dresses because it's just as dressy and formal. But for most of us, navy is just more flattering because it's softer. It's not as harsh as black. So I'm a big fan of navy when it comes to special occasion dresses. This dress comes down longer on most people. It's probably going to end like right below their knee. But on me, it's coming down and hitting me at a longer length, like right at the widest part of my calves. And I don't think that's really doing me any favors. I would have this dress hemmed so that it would hit right below my knee. But you know, I'm 5'2", so most people are not going to have this problem. This little dress is just $32.99. And of course, it comes in multiple colors. Let's see what's next. Okay, you guys. I think I found my favorite dress of the entire haul. And it is this one-arm, off-the-shoulder dress by Jasenbeck from Kate Kassen. This dress, I'm wearing it in a small, and it is just $35.99. This dress, I feel like, is the most flattering. It's a small, but it's not as form-fitting as that last navy one was. It's still a pencil skirt style. It's just not as tight. And across the top, the nice thing about it, it does have this kind of rubbery, grippy stuff sewn on the inside of the dress here to help keep it in place. But it's just really comfortable. So you've got one arm covered and one knot. But the nice thing about it, too, is this wrap-style skirt with this little kind of ruffle flounce thing down the side. It's just a really nice detail. This dress is also a thicker weight fabric than the navy one was. The navy one was thinner, real stretchy. This one is still stretchy, but it's just a heavier knit fabric. And in this beautiful green color, it's perfect for this time of year. If you've got a holiday party to go to, this would be great. I'm wearing it with these gold mesh earrings by Sofia Vergara. A little gold clutch or maybe a little black clutch to match shoes if you're wearing black shoes. You could do metallic shoes. That would be really pretty also. But this dress, you guys, is really comfortable. I like this one a lot. This dress, it's a really good one, you guys, and it is just $35.99. Okay, I stand corrected on the green dress. It was actually a size medium. I'm not sure how I ended up with some of them small and that one medium. But anyway, medium is definitely the way to go. I think all these dresses would fit me best in a size medium. So just go ahead and size up from whatever your normal size is. Okay, now I've got some fun festive tops from Kate Kassen. Actually, this is from the Jasenback brand by Kate Kassen. This first one is this metallic red blouse. Of course, this comes in multiple colors. And I'm wearing this in a size small. It is in this fabric. It has a metallic kind of wet look almost. And this little tie around the neck is attached. So you don't have to worry about losing it. It's attached to the blouse. You can tie it in a bow. You can just let it hang, tie it in a simple knot, whatever you want to do. This is just the perfect little party blouse. I put it on with a pair of faux leather slacks. These are from Sofia Vergara. And this is just a great top to put on for any of those holiday parties, holiday get-togethers that you may have coming up over this next month. And this little blouse is just $25.99. So there's the neck. You can leave it just down, tie it, and let it hang however you want to do it. Just a very comfortable blouse. The v-neck is not low at all. So just a pretty festive blouse by Kate Casson. Okay, I've got another fun blouse from Kate Casson. This one is also by the Jasmine Backline, and it is $34.99. And again, it is this metallic kind of fabric. Has a sheen to it. I got it in gold for something different. But in hindsight, I probably should have gotten a color because I feel like this gold with my hair is washing me out a bit. But you can still see the style of the top. It is a one shoulder top, and then the other shoulder has just a little cut out. And then it's got this tie bow thing that kind of drapes over the shoulder. And I'm just wearing it with these same black pants. Now, this top is banded at the bottom, so you can pull it down, you know, kind of put it wherever you want to depending on what kind of pants you're wearing. The gold blouse I just showed you was in a size small. But this gray top I'm wearing now, it is in a size medium. I chose medium in this gray top because it is more of a form-fitting style and I didn't want it to be too tight. But if you're looking for a blouse to make a statement, this one has got you covered. This is just a really unique blouse. It's made out of this stretchy knit fabric. It's very thin and or not very thin, but it almost feels like some kind of performance fabric, you know, like athletic wear is made out of. And this comes in a ton of different colors as well. I got this kind of steely gray color and it has a zipper on the side for ease of getting into it. Although it wasn't really that hard to get into, but whatever. It's got this really neat kind of a, not a turtleneck, but stand up neck here. And then this thing, it just, you just pull it through once and let it hang. So just a really unique neckline on this. I think it's really neat, neat. And then look at the pleats here on the sleeves. They're like gathered and pleated, you know, all along here. It's just really fun. What do you think about it? This is definitely something different. And this top is just $25.99. You can see how the color is changing. The sun is going behind clouds outside my window. So in some light, it looks more blue, but I think it's called gray, but it's definitely a bluish gray. So another fun top from Kate Casson. I mentioned at the beginning of the video that Kate Casson does jackets and outerwear also. And here's an example. This little jacket by Kate Casson, this is like made out of sweatshirt material, but on the inside, it's this super soft, fuzzy fleece, really plush. And I got this in a gray and it's a size medium. And this jacket is $39.99. So I'm going to put it on here and let's see how it fits and how it looks. So you got the hood, got full zip. Okay, so I got this in a medium to be a little bit more roomy. It does have a little tie here. You can adjust these to cinch it in. It kind of dips up there on the sides. So this is a great little lightweight jacket. It's got the thicker cuffs here to give it a little interest. The nice thing I think about this jacket is it does come down past your tissue. I don't know about you, but when I'm out walking, walking my dogs or whatever, and it's cold outside, I really like to have a jacket that covers my backside because if not, it gets cold. So this little jacket, again, comes in multiple colors and it is just $39.99. As I mentioned earlier, Kate Casson also has activewear under the Jack Smith brand. Like this little full zip activewear jacket. This is not a hoodie. It just zips up. You can zip it up all the way like that or leave it more open, which is the way I like to do it. It doesn't have thumb holes or anything, which is fine with me. I don't always want those thumb holes. But this is a very form-fitting jacket. It's got zipper pockets right here. Comes in a ton of different colors. I chose this maroon and I'm wearing this in a size medium. So this is just a very lightweight, activewear, quick-drying jacket to wear when you're out walking, exercising. It's thin enough. You can layer this up underneath something else or you can wear it by itself as a top just with a sports bra or tank or something like that underneath it. And this little jacket is $32.99.
