[Music] good morning everybody Welcome to New York look at this view it makes me so happy we arrived last night forgive me I did not Vlog the journey I originally planned to but we actually had a night flight and it was just there was just a lot of me eating and sleeping and it wasn't actually very interesting so it worked out for the best for all of us I think we have woken up right and early this morning we caught Sunrise which was wonderful it's so magical and we are now heading out it's half 7 this is the earliest I've ever been ready to leave the house with you as well I think Ryan's actually shocked he was like how long are you going to be and I was like 60 seconds God yeah he was like oh okay because I am ready for bagels how long have I been dreaming about bagels for like all I've talked about in terms of New York has been that I just want Bagels so we're going to go out and get I we're going to Leon's cuz that's the one that I keep seeing at the moment and it's actually very close by so very nice and convenient and we're going to get some food cuz I have been starving since about 4:00 in the morning so your girl needs to eat and then we're going to come back here get a little of coffee plan our day properly I'm excited for a little walk and a bagel and a Yap can't wait can't wait me neither I'm now the jet I'm just thinking about all the food that we're going to it's so cool here like I feel like I'm in a film for those of you that may remember the fact that I've been to New York before and you're wondering why I seem to be seeing it for the first time it's because I've actually not really I've been on press trips so I've never really been and just like walked around we've never been together so this is like a whole fresh new experience for me and I'm very excited guys look at this house oh my God it's so cute I have a feeling we're going to see some good Christmas decorations in this Vlog also it's so cold if I'm talking funny it's cuz I can't feel my lips if you're coming soon bring your hats bring your gloves bring your thermals I will be buying more thermals is likeing home alone it's prank these are our only references guys friends Home Alone sometimes TX in the city for me guys look at this building look at all those wreaths there a really big one up the top as well how do they get those up there can I can I get a bacon egg and had a bath I it was that cold I had to have a bath and I am just about to eat the rest of my Leons Bagel it's Sensational I wasn't sure what to expect cuz I feel like I've just seen it a ton on Instagram and you know sometimes it's just not as good as you think it's going to be but this is actually very good you liked it as well didn't you The Bagel Man approved Ryan is really nice as well he got the avocado and vegan cream cheese very light very fresh loved it real contrast to my bagel which was the bacon egg and cheese both stunning now we also say we this is a me situation I got some bits from crumbles we just went to Leon's but there were so many places that I wanted to go on route we're staying in quite a good area for like the foodie bits that we wanted to try there's quite a few of Brian's pizza places that he wants to try in the area as well I picked up do you remember what this cookie is called oh my god um I honestly can't remember what this is called I will find out and I'll pop it in the info box oh my God it's like an actual pie that's not even a like wow and then I got three mini ones this was from Ryan's ofice and now in H sight I'm thinking God I did not I could have just done with the three minis in all honesty we have a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup mini I think this is cookies and cream and then I can't remember what this middle one is I'm getting the menu up oh thank you ry's getting the menu they look so good I may I may have to try I'm going to be bouncing off the walls this morning oh my God so the pie is called a Brookie pie Brookie pie I thought they called it something else in there though I thought it was like a no I think that is right when you said it I was like yeah that's right I don't know how I don't know how I'm going to try this I need to find a fork I think anyway that mini the br's peanut peanut butter cup mini so good that one is a semi sweet chocolate chunk semi sweet chocolate chunk is very good and you got cookies and cream as well that spoiler and cream no I think I said that one M oh my God I think that one's my favorite wow okay I must try the Brookie pie God what the hell D it tastes like you know the snotty brownies I make basically tastes like that got like brownie cookie dough and then like a lighter cookie dough is the outer crust oh yeah it is I just looked up rookie pie it's Brownie and chocolate chip cookie dough it's basically I could make that stay tuned oh my God that so good I'm big into this cream on up as well well oh my God you're going to have to roll me home guys anyway agenda for the rest of the day apologies if I have cookie in my teeth I'm going to go to Unico and buy thermals I brought a lot of layers but I just I was so cold earlier my I lost the feeling in my hands my feet my legs my everything so kind of refusing to do more things until I get my hands on some thermals and then I think we might do Chelsea Market right yeah we're going to do like local area bits today and then go for further and further a field as the weekend goes on I think I think that's nice I think today might be a foodie day though thermals secured lovely and now we're actually walking the Highline which we weren't planning on doing it's a nice little happy accident to get ourselves home been very much enjoying this sunshine it's really warming me up cuz I haven't put the thermals on yet you actually told me what was the temperature when we were out this morning well when I looked just before we went out it was minus 4 and then when I looked just before we came out again it was minus one so it's warmed it's warmed up a bit cuz I packed for the 7° that my weather up was giving me not quite minus had I known I probably would have put on every single layer of clothing that I owned this morning before leaving because it was yeah probably the coldest I think I've ever been and I have been inside a glacia and I was warmer than I was this morning so yeah we've rectified the situation Ryan also got himself some T-shirts you are loving being a Spender at the moment we've roll reversed guys big deal any Christmas presents either so treats for you and none for anyone else yeah so Ryan's Christmas shopping going well on our way home we're actually going by Chelsea Market which would be really nice Ryan's really wanted to go it's on his list so we're going to make sure we sto by there what my God the weed smell is a lot it is this is our fun little View it's very nice we were just saying it would be so cool to have an apartment along here but also so annoying cuz everyone would be seeing me just in my pajamas lazing around such a cool view come [Music] one oh my God this is so cool and thank God it's inside my fingertips are so happy what have you got there vegan pastel the Artis M delish yeah try not a big custard girl that is very nice it almost tastes like with the cinnamon stuff it kind of gives that app pie it was a bit like apple proba it better I like the flakiness hey guys how you doing welcome hey good these cakes are so cool pistachio that looks good chocolate orange yum I'll be up to having something else and then com oh they have a little coffee one yeah I know that's right up your street I want to try ma m i want to try them all that's the [Music] problem you guys I was so expecting it to be dark outside we're in there so long it's still bright blue skies the jet lag is really getting to me I'm so confused over what time it is back in the hotel for a sit and a Yap look at how pretty this is room has been cleaned ready for a nice long sit show us your tahini cake babes is it tahini cake what it's actually called No Hal halav halava it's something like that yeah it's vegan and female founded nice little company we've done 14,000 steps so far my feet are just starting to [Music] hurt we got pizza a lot Ryan's got a whole pizza he wanted a special pizza so he had to have a whole pizza made whereas I just got it by the slice this Pizza Joe's Pizza they're great so good we were going to go to John's John's Pizza why did we switch up last minute we looked at photos didn't we we looked at photos and also the queue was crazy qu was crazy I don't really mind I don't really mind if the like the thing is good but I know what kind of pizza I like if I'm going to eat real cheese I want it to be good and this is good so this is John's I like the vibe but the queue is going all the way down there can you see it's cute you can sit in but Q is long on the flip side Jo's Pizza literally a hole in the wall very chaotic but the pizza very good and they also made Brian his own his own little vegan one which is great good morning everybody this is my outfit of the day for the to day I'm actually risking being a bit chilly for the fact that I can't bear to look like I'm wearing the same outfit for 4 days straight I'm worried about the lack of padding in this jacket however I am wearing a thermal layer a knitted layer and this and then leggings and a thermal layer on the bottom as well so fingers crossed I'll be okay I also have a cashmere beanie as well this is from H&M it's really cute I think it's going to be perfect for winter in the UK just not when it's minus 5 outside which it was when we checked this morning which is insane I have gloves in my bag by the way beanie is chel bag is chel thermals are from uni I picked them up yesterday I've got a cream thermal layer here and then I've also got my cute little Asos knit with the zip you'll see it at some point today but I've got that one underneath as well it's such a cute outfit pray I'm not cold on our way to breakfast it is so nice out so quiet this is not what I was expecting but it is the crack of Dawn first thing in the morning look at you with your cute little mug I like these mugs yeah this is one of the ones I wanted to get I'm torn between this or the Leon Bagels which are both kind of similar Vibes but Leons is like a bit transparent which is kind of cool but it's not in stock so is there another Leon's where we going to be today I think so yeah may have to try a few places to see if I can get my mark even though we we bought a Mark yesterday I pray they I pray they make go home oh my God thank you oh my god blueberry pancakes side of bacon AO [Music] toast the only person that could go for breakfast and then be having a slice of pizza an hour later there we go little vegan pizza this is a slice by the way guys this isn't even a whole little pizza I'm [Music] shocked wow this smells incredible this is vegan mac and cheese vegan mac and cheese these are our means I've got the steak this is vegan steak and then vegan beef brisket that looks [Music] unreal good morning happy Sunday to all who celebrate this is my husband filming some squirrels live from Central Park I the camera sh yeah I think they they've run away oh hi he's right there where where there I actually didn't oh my camera brightness is wrong didn't get a chance to talk to you about dinner last night but dinner last night was very good we went to a place called Willow which is an all vegan restaurant I think it was vegan and kosher restaurant in Chelsea so like very close to where we were staying it was so good it was very rich go on an empty stomach please I beg of you do not do what I do and eat a quarter of a bagel like an hour before you go that was a terrible idea on my part I was still full well into like 3:00 4:00 a.m. it took me a while to get hungry for breakfast but we eventually we managed it we've had a lovely leisurely morning I can't lie we got up super early we went to Leon's Bagels again I tried I went to popup Bagels I wasn't rating it they have a minimum order quantity of three and the the the fillings just weren't really doing it for me it was like cream cheese and then salmon which is you know a good filling but I just had something specific in mind we had a banging Bagel fillings though didn't we we had this is Ryan's suggestion he's been having vegan cream cheese and avocado so we had vegan cream cheese avocado and papers and I think we may have like found our perfect Bagel filling it was on everything bagel stunning oh on an everything bagel it was so good and then we came back I watched Gossip Girl in bed with my bagel had a bath ate some more crumbled cookies which I should really stopped doing and now we are here and it's actually gotten overcast it was sunny this morning so it's not super freezing which is stunning this is the Central Park ice skating ring I wanted to just come have a look because I've obviously been watching Gossip Girl this morning I had to no we're not going no sorry honey no no no that is very busy and I am very bad but yeah I've been watching Gossip Girl this morning so I just wanted to come and see it is the plaza I literally gasped when I saw it it's so cute guys look at that that is crazy we are going to attempt to walk basically the H way down f Avenue today that's the go are we going to regret this we are almost back at the hotel we had a cab drop us earlier this afternoon at Central Park and we over the course of the afternoon have walked the entire way back to our hotel in the meat packing District 20,000 steps plus plus later we're nearly back at the hotel it's so cold my chest is actually hurting me but I did just buy some fun snacks whilst we were at a little convenience store so I'm excited to show you those it was quite a nice little convenience store actually had like L of really healthy looking salads in it and stuff but I got really scared to Vlog cuz felt like the staff were really watching us and I I got a sage fry also Empire Diner was a recommendation from Alex Victoria's husband we loved it it was great ran had a little impossible Burger situation I have pancakes cuz for some reason we've landed in New York and suddenly all I want is pancakes I don't even like them that much at home like Ryan's always saying like oh I want to make pancakes and I'm like we go off and make them for yourself like I'm I don't want the pancakes all I want is pancakes something in the air I'm convinced there must be something in the water so I had the pancakes they were very nice always get aide of bacon here their bacon is really nice and crispy and obviously covered the entire thing with maple syrup like I drown those pancakes in maple syrup it was stunning however sidel's still better cuz you just can't beat a blueberry pancake please back at the hotel this is where we're staying if I haven't mentioned it it's very Lively but the views are amazing do the honors H you do the honors I get so scared of these we are back in the room and I thought I'd give you a realistic room tour of all of them mess my husband what have you what snacks have you got mess what what snacks have you got I got sour kids stunning with blue ones wow he's going to be bouncing off the walls you guys this is the view that we had I think we've got like a queen room and I wanted this room because it's got a south facing view so we basically get light all day and it's a sick view cuz you get would you call this the river I I'm going to say this is the r a river you get that view as well as City View which I really like and then over here we have little mini fridge complete with leftover Leon's Bagel speaking of speaking of look what I got I have bought nothing on this trip other than mugs clothes no fun things yes these mugs are so freaking cute you can't really tell on camera but in real life they're like a milk glass effect they've almost got like a slight transparency to them it's so cool it's got it gives them like a jelly look but I just think they are such cute mugs and then I also got another mug as well which I could have got at home but cuz I saw it in New York I was like that's more special because it's a New York mug and I've got it in New York so lots of mugs purchased by me then we have the bathroom again complete with just my mess having completely taken over but the thing I really like about this bathroom is it comes with a bath which I'm not normally super fussed on but it's actually been really nice and the bath comes with like these shut it's also got mirror which is kind of fun I'm all about the shutters cuz when I'm in the bath I've been having a little bath in the morning and I can look out and that view from the bathtub is so nice so big fan of the bathroom we then have a toilet in here complete with nice long mirror and then a wardrobe for all of our things yes I forgotten to take the tag out of my jacket let me live so yeah that is our room tour complete back to the snacks I feel like I've done nothing in this Vlog except eat and show you snacks but this is what I do in New York okay guys we've done the we did the tourist bit separately years and years ago that's not what we're here for we're just here to have fun and eat food and just get cute Vibes you know those that know no I've been hoing on about these for I think about 8 years whenever I last went to LA and New York and wherever in the US I every time I come here I talk about these I actually found these in the UK during lock down and have never found them ever again brownie brittle chocolate chip they're insane like little brownies but they're like really crispy they're like brownie crisps I also got some of these because there's an influencer from New York that I follow who talks about these a lot there was a little mini pack in the mini bar however it probably was the same price for me to get a a full pack of these as it was to take the tiny Mini pack from the mini bar that's a real tongue twister yeah so I thought I'd get a full pack why not treating myself back quab belong this is our afternoon ritual of a Yap and a nap and I just I'm I'm so here for it I love it can you believe this is our last night we made it quite late tonight we did normally we're our Yapp and a nap is at Sunset not that we can see sunset today cuz it's really like weather yapping and na is much later today qu to 5 qu to 5 oh my God late night I have a Tik Tok I need to post and we've literally just eaten so dinner tonight is going to be really interesting I think we said about going to the market again is good cuz like a couple of little bits yeah I actually can't remember if I vlogged much of that but we went to Chelsea markets and we did like eat at a few places I think I did Vlog it actually there's this one little Mexican place like Japanese Mexican Fusion which was quite nice and I'd be quite up for something like that they was at a pasta shop but I don't think I want pasta but that is lovely if you're like in the area or staying in the area and you just want like takeway stuff cuz they'll like make the food for you to take away as well as sitting in which I'm very up for which I know might seem quite silly but very tired a lot haven't we we have done a lot we've walked a lot of steps we've seen a lot of things today I think I'm a bit run down cuz I'm just yeah I need I need some rest so yeah I think that might be our dinner plan oh my God hey guys good morning we're shopping this jacket I am obsessed with look at it it's a little green puffer I feel I need [Music] it this is so nice do I get it it's a bit spinny but I'm obsessed with it Ryan and I have decided that the rainiest day of our trip also the day we leave was a good day to wake up and decide to go shopping we're finally in the mood and it's peeing it down I also have realized I put fake t my face this morning that I put fake tan on my face this morning and now it's raining so I'm going to look like a tiger bread by the end of this Vlog so if anyone wonders I don't have something going on a weird skin condition I I've messed up massively but we're in AIA I'm feeling up the scarfs I really want I woke up this morning I was like all I want is a new scarf and a new jumper and I have actually found a new puffer jacket so just really we're we're going to get spendy today I'm obsessed with this pink jumper I keep coming back to it but it's so nice Love A Little Pink Cashmere also I have never seen so many puffer jackets in one store in my life like upstairs is fully puffer jackets it's crazy but also makes sense given how freaking cold it gets here we are shopping in Army this is more for Ryan than for me he actually really I'm surprised he really likes their stuff and I am thrilled about that cuz their things are so cute like look at this t-shirt with the little a on it so cute also love what what is wrong with me I'm obsessed with puffer jackets right now oh screaming that's cute I really like that what do you think of this I like it yeah that's really cute I love these jackets zip up so nice ooh I like it proba the [Music] only yeah I like it on you and normally we're like M no that's really cute thank you we love a boyfriend eating area
