Spice up your breakfast this holiday season with this healthy gingerbread granola.
This insanely crunchy granola is the perfect companion to milk or yogurt for a festive
breakfast that is both healthy and delicious. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Start by
adding 298 grams of rolled oats, 85 grams of unsweetened wide flake coconut, 57 grams of
unsweetened fine shredded coconut, 57 grams of pumpkin seeds, and one teaspoon of cinnamon,
ginger, and cloves to a large mixing bowl. Mix together with a spatula. In a small pot,
add half a cup of extra virgin olive oil, 127 grams of raw honey, 57 grams of coconut sugar,
44 grams of maple syrup, and half a teaspoon of salt. Put over medium heat and heat until the
honey and sugar have melted completely. Pour the mixture over the oats and stir to coat the oats
completely. Transfer the oats to a baking sheet that's lined with parchment paper and spread them
out evenly. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Then stir the granola to move the outer granola
in and the inner granola out to ensure even baking. Continue to bake for another 20 minutes
until it's golden brown. Allow the granola to cool completely on the baking sheet and then
break it up into clusters. If you want more organic Christmas recipes, be sure to hit that
