Winter Preparations in Our Home on Wheels đ The Art of Slow Living in a Caravan | Canning, Sewing

Weâre back with a new camping adventure from Seyyarhane.
This week, we hit the road in our caravan, heading to a quiet highland plateau nestled in the forest, where we spent two days immersed in nature preparing for winter. As autumn approaches, we used our caravanâs tiny kitchen to make canned tomatoes to enjoy throughout the winter, put together colorful pickles, and sewed little fabric covers for our jar lids.
The next day, we continued our preparations outdoors. We lit the barbecue to roast eggplants and red peppers, setting them aside to use in future meals.
At the end of the day, we brought the tomato sauce weâd prepared to the table. We fried potatoes, eggplants, zucchini, and peppers, drizzling our homemade tomato sauce over them to create a delicious "Turkish Bowl" with sauce. After two days of hard work, we wrapped up our camping trip with a meal enjoyed right in the heart of nature.
