Surprising Our Dogs With a Trip to the Christmas Tree Farm!

Well, good, wonderful, beautiful morning, Pawdience! You girls look like you're all ready to make some treats! Should we... Should we show them what we finished today? Let's show them! I think it goes up this weekend from the time you guys are watching this. We're in Novi this weekend at the Novi Pet Expo. So, I don't even know what day it is. Show me! Maybe she doesn't want to eat her blanket! This is the view we get going to get our Christmas tree! I mean, kinda can't beat this view! Alright! We made it to the tree farm! The dogs are ridiculously excited to be out in the snow! Of course they are! We found some beautiful trees back here! The nice thing about this place is this is Dean's Christmas tree farm in Alpena! Look at that! Somebody took a sled right through there and got their tree! You can come here and you can cut your own tree or you can get an already cut tree! Which is probably what we're gonna do again cause that's just easy! Look at how pretty it is today! Hey hon! Thanks for bringing us to get a tree! I know! We did pick the perfect day though cause I was telling them earlier it's not windy! The past two days we had 20 to 40 mph winds So this is perfect! I don't even have gloves on! It's not that cold! It's like that perfect winter weather! And listen! Besides the jingles! Ok! Let's go find a tree! We picked our tree and they just wrapped it I got a clip of them wrapping it which we can insert here while we're talking There's the tree! Jamie's gonna strap it down and we're gonna head on out of here! Oh my goodness! We're back! Getting the Christmas tree! You still have your jingle bells on! That's ok! Let's go outside! Go! Yeah! We have driven to Nova in some crazy snow It looks like we're gonna be clear for that weekend But the sad part is also looks like all of the snow is gonna melt before Dan gets here. You got any guesses, hun? I know, right? We got a bonus Jack yesterday, so it's hard to guess We got one already. I guess we could get another one. Okay, I ripped it open. We got to unwrap the tree Kira See what we think. Kira's coming to check it out, too She's like I haven't checked it out yet. So this year when we went to get our tree I knew I did last year. Was it last year the tree was like ridiculously like fluffed out at the bottom How wide it was Yeah Right, yeah So this year when we went to get a tree I based to the tree on the height of Jamie so we didn't get one that was too tall so I made him stand next to the tree and We looked at one that was really pretty with a really wide base And I told Jamie I'm like we can't get that one because it's not gonna it'll be too wide So I think we got the perfect tree Yeah, the trees are oh, it smells so good Yeah, we gotta have our little water thing to get it in there That's our little water funnel So you put it down into the bottom of the tree and then you just have to water it through the funnel Which is perfect. But yeah, I think I think we did it I think that's the perfect size tree. What do you think? Is it the perfect size tree? We just did a live stream and gone to the snow dogs We were live for like an hour and a half. So I feel like I've lost my voice. I'm so happy. Yeah Thank you again. I let him outside when there's snow Mainly just the one dog. She was all the way in the back of the yard. This would not come up here That's a little heated mat we're gonna get the bigger heated mat out, but The snow is all supposed to melt. So after the snow melt. Oh just push the door open After the snow melts, we'll probably put the bigger heated mat out. This one worked pretty good though for how little it is Were you having fun with the I almost called dinosaurs. We having fun with the dragons They're dragon gingerbread cookies, there's no cute in some reindeer These are if there's any left These are available in the Etsy shop now and I'm shipping them out as fast as I can I really would like to do another round of those two That did show up that sparkly green did show up That's the baby mistletoe drink. It's very sparkly So cool these though these Are just awesome. I Know I keep saying oh, this one's my favorite that this is the butterfly dragon and now this my top two favorites, but It's next day we have rolled in to day eight. Yeah, it's your turn watch I was paper cut myself on those open it up Wait, do we want to guess? Yesterday was the clown with the tearaway face. I'm gonna guess the the the duck Yeah, I'm gonna guess the duck. It's gotta be one of the lock shocker. Oh, you think so? It's just gotta be oh It's the vampire Oh, he's so cool again, I don't have many items with him on it either Day nine Are we guessing for a lock shocker barrel again, I mean I think so, but we're guessing I Don't remember It's not shocked, you know, I guess Barrett barrels the green one Too cool. Oh My goodness, so vlogs have been all over the place lately. Yeah, what else anything else? You Literally made me throw my phone and flip it upside down Anyway vlogs have been all over the place yesterday. You guys saw we got our tree We are putting lights on it today But I wanted to show you you guys saw what it looked like outside when we went to get our tree I'm gonna show you what it looks like now. It is a day and a half later It looks like that I'm so glad we went and got the tree when we did because I was so happy to have the snow in the video when We did it because now there's none We're gonna put some lights on the tree and get prepared and then A couple days a day. I don't know the next vlog You see Dan will be here and we'll be preparing to go to the Nova Pet Expo. So let's get some lights on the tree Wow Memphis So we're putting the lights on the Christmas tree and as always Davey's got treats in his pocket So the dogs will follow him around the tree and Memphis is like all about them cookies I'm gonna get all the cookies Every year I show you guys all the new ornaments. I got I only got three this year I used to collect so many of these These don't have as much need for them I need to find the rest of these because I need to see what this one does. They're downstairs I'll have to find them and bring them up here Well, I got three lazy dogs. You helped so much Putting up this tree So trees up, of course, we don't really put ornaments at the bottom of it because the gates gotta go back over there But we got our ornaments on it There's the Shiloh ornament. There's the 2024 ornament There's Sven and Olaf a lot of these ornaments are ornaments that you guys have sent over the years So we put some up there and then for the first time since I got all of these this one I got last year, but I never put it up We put up all of the nightmare before Christmas ornaments and they have a magic cord and if I play them I can push the button I Just it's a lot of the movie sound that actually comes out of them. So as you push it It'll go off and like all of them start to go off in sync But I think if I do that we might get in trouble with some copyright stuff So maybe we'll make a members only video and show that to you guys just to be safe What are we gonna go upside down? No You know what? I think we're gonna go ahead and end this right here because we got some stuff We got to do the rest of today. So we're gonna go ahead and call it a night.
