Paragliding Stelvio Pass - Hike and fly adventure

Driving over the stelvio pass with our paragliders was one thing, doing it on such a calm beautiful day was another… and we can’t miss an opportunity when presented with one! We hiked an hour from the car then hitch hiked with a piste basher.. he asked where we wanted to go, and so we we said as High as we can go. He said alright, but we’re not bringing you back down!

He didn’t have to, and boy was it good!

We made it safely down 2,500m vertical and the hitchhiked back upto our van that was on top.

Christine then flew from the pass back down to the valley floor. Whist I got some drone images.

Only then did we realise Christine had lost her phone whilst hitch hiking and we finished the night driving back over the pass to chase down her phone! Luckily we managed to get hold of them and reunite ourselves with the phone.
