Tell me what you see in me, gotta be something different. You must be made for me, patience is everything. Where are we going? Italy! Say it loud! Italy! As we were on the team bus to our hotel, which was an hour drive to our hotel from the airport, I realized I fucked up and I left my suitcase at the airport. So, me and Crew had to get on a train back to the airport and it took two hours to get there. Luckily for me, I brought his big stroller, which is so convenient because he's able to take naps in it and lay down fully, as you can see. So honestly, this thing was a lifesaver, but y'all, I was not happy about this. Neither was Crew, but you know what, props to my son because he really, like, he stuck it through with me. But yeah, once we got to the airport, we ended up having to wait an additional three hours just to get my suitcase back. This is the window I had to get it back from. There's literally no one there, you just talk to an intercom and it was so frustrating. But after three hours, we finally got on the train back and it took us an additional three hours to make it back to our hotel. Not to mention, my phone died literally 20 minutes into the ride. Yeah, this was hell. Hell. Day one of Italy has not gone how I thought it would at all. Not gone to plan at all. After that long journey, today we are finally back at the hotel, showered, and it is now, y'all. It's 8.30. We're about to go have dinner, just me and Crew. We were originally going to go have dinner with a few friends of ours, but you'll have to see them tomorrow because it's just way too late. I'm way too tired. I'm exhausted. My phone dying. That was the twist I didn't need, you know, of today. Welcome to Italy. Hopefully the next two days are a lot better. Me and Crew are here because we're going to be watching Adam play football with TNS against Fiorentina and they're playing in the Europa Conference, which is a once in a lifetime thing, like opportunity. I mean, it could come more than once in a, you know, lifetime, but this is the first time he's been able to do it and it's a history-making debut because the Welsh teams have never made it this far into the Europa Conference. So yeah, we have to be here. We're here to support. Y'all know my motto, everything we do, we do it as a family. Outside our hotel is so cute. It's like a whole walkway of like restaurants and shops, like as soon as, literally as soon as you walk out the door, beautiful. Oh, my hotel room, stunning, stunning. It was a last minute hotel choice. We literally booked it yesterday. Wait, yesterday or the day before yesterday? Literally, I think it was yesterday. Sorry, actually it was the day before yesterday. I think, I don't know, point is it was last minute and I literally got the last room available in this hotel, but this hotel is more like, it reminds me of Suite Life on Deck. That's the best way to explain it without like the lobby. There's no lobby for this hotel. It's like being in an apartment complex, kind of. I have to show y'all. We'll do a little hotel room tour tomorrow when the lighting's a little bit better and it's brighter, but it's beautiful. It's giving Venetian, it's giving medieval, it's giving princess, like look at this background, this striped wallpaper. I need to do this in my own house. It's beautiful. But yeah, the hotel is beautiful. The location, we're right in the center of Florence, Italy. So we're going to do a little bit of walking around after we have our gelato or maybe while we eat our gelato, we'll walk around a little bit and do a little bit of shopping, maybe. I was planning on doing shopping today, but obviously my plans, the universe doesn't care about Chandler's plans. That didn't happen. So hopefully at least dinner can go right. I'm like, let me hurry up before everything's like closed, but I can hear music outside, so I think I'm okay. But yeah, I'm just going to get dressed. Literally going to put on a bodysuit, some jeans and some boots and we're going to go to dinner. Yeah, I hope y'all enjoy this little Italy vlog. This is the first time your girl's been out of the country in over a year and a half. It feels great to be back, but stressful, especially doing it on my own because Adam has to stay with his team in the team hotel. And even if I was in the same hotel as him, like I can't bother him. He's there for work. Do you know what I mean? So we're in a separate hotel. It's only about a 20 minute, 25 minute walk to his. So not too far. I can literally take a taxi to his. But yeah, he's in the same city. We're just not in the same hotel in case y'all were curious. Yeah, let's go. I'm going to get dressed and we're going to hit the town with Kurt. It is Thursday and it's also game day. And it's also morning. I look like little Bill with this hat on. I feel like in person you can see my hair more than this camera is giving. We're about to go have breakfast. Kru is sitting here in his stroller ready to go. It is raining outside, which is why I have this hat on. Just to protect my face. Why would you talk about me? I've got this hat on just to protect me from the rain. But I'm gonna show you guys our hotel room as promised. Since the lighting's not that much better today. I have all the lights on because it's raining. So we're gonna do what we can do, okay? This is our front door. You turn the lights on with the key in the little thing, which is great because I never lose a key and I always remember to take it with me. And then down here, ignore our McDonald's bag. That's what we're using as our trash. But over here is a little snack bar table area. These snacks here are ours, but they also provided us with snacks and muffins, which Kru ate already, which is really sweet of them. But I love that they give us these options. I might take a few bags of crisps with me, maybe this wafer, just for Kru to have a little option later on today. And then as you walk in from the door, this is the view. So this is a little space for the stroller to go. And then this is a little sitting area, living room if you'll call it that. It's this couch. I don't know if this is a pull-out couch or not. We haven't used it, but we just sit here while we eat our lunch in here. It's got a pillow. And then over here, oh, my phone's ringing. I think it's Adam calling me. Over here is a fireplace, fake fireplace. And this is where we put our shoes so that it's not in the way. And then they've got a TV, free wifi, great. Then as you walk here, we get to the middle. This to our left is the bathroom. We've got a urinal and a toilet and double sinks, which is really cool. It's just a lot of space in here. And then this is the view you guys got earlier with this background behind me. But this is the mirror. It's got this gold painting, not painting. What is it called? Gold-plated look to it. It's very antique-looking. I love it. It gives me princess vibes. This whole hotel room does. We've also got a little window here that opens to the side of the hotel. Cool. So I'm gonna leave this open a little bit for today because we need some air in here. It's hot in here. Come to the blow dryer. Cool. And then right across, right here, you have the shower. We need to push this open. And it's a whole shower room. We've got the rainfall shower down here. And then, you know, space. It's huge. It's nice. Beautiful in there as well. And then, last but not least, you have the room. And it is spacious, you guys. It is so big. The camera's not even capturing how big this room is. But this is the bed. And then over here is Cruz's wardrobe, which he should have turned his iPad off. And he didn't, so it's gonna lose battery. You did it. It's on. I'm looking at it right now. Let's close that. Yeah, we have all of Cruz's clothes in here. And then there's a little vanity area right here where I will be doing my makeup later today. And then you've got this cute little couch in front of the bed. And this other little, like, area. You can't, like, go out there, but you can open it. It's like a Juliet balcony. And there's also a porch over here. But this door does not open. And I'm not sure how to open it. To be fair, I haven't tried any of the keys. But there is a table and chair out there, as you can see. So I'm assuming you're able to, like, sit out here if you wanted to. And then this is my wardrobe. We've got a full-length mirror on the wall. Outfit of the day. Cute. Yeah. And then, yeah, you've got these cute little sconces next to the bed. Y'all, look at the bed. Look at the bed and look at the wallpaper. Is this not giving, like, I'm a princess in a castle? Like, this is beautiful. It's gorgeous. So, yeah, that's our hotel. Oh, yeah, look at the beautiful chandelier. Crazy. That is our hotel room. Now, let me grab my phone so I don't forget it. Who was calling me? Yeah, it was Adam calling me. For breakfast, we decided to have McDonald's just to have something familiar and something that we knew would taste good, especially after having such a bad dinner the night before. So, that's where we headed. But, y'all, I did not realize how heavily it was raining outside. If you look at the ground, you can see just how fast the rain is dropping. We were soaked this day. But, once again, we stuck it out. We decided to go shopping. But look at how much water is in the cup holder of our stroller. Like, it was pouring, y'all. Anyways, we first headed to Marlowe. I found this place on TikTok. It's a jewelry store where you can make like your own charm bracelets. You can also buy necklaces, rings, you know, just different types of jewelry pieces. And they don't tarnish, but they are very cheap. Like, I think I got three pieces for around 150 pounds, which is around 180 US dollars, which is pretty good if you think about it. Like, it's gold-plated jewelry. So, for that price, it's pretty decent. And I still have them. I still wear them to this day. So, I'm really happy with those pieces. And again, they're like souvenirs that I'll have forever, you know? We then went and did a little bit of sightseeing. We ended up finding this random museum. I'm not quite sure about like the artwork. It wasn't what I expected it to be, but nonetheless, it was a museum. And then later on in the day, we ended up going to lunch, but I didn't film it. But then afterwards, Crew wanted to go to this duck shop and get himself a little souvenir. He ended up picking out a little Spider-Man duck. That's his favorite character. So, we went there, we checked it out, but the shop, y'all, had literally every duck you could imagine. Really cool place, and Crew was very happy to visit. So, that made me happy. The way I was expecting to get so much more footage than I actually did is so disappointing. Obviously, y'all know that yesterday did not go as planned. By the way, if you hear that, that sound, that's Crew's white noise machine going while he takes his nap. But yeah, yesterday didn't go as planned. Today, it was pouring, pouring so bad that you see this hat right here? This hat is soaked. It's soaked. My jacket, I wore a leather jacket today, soaked. Crew's shoes, soaked. Everything, soaked. We even had a rain cover on his stroller and his feet still got soaked. It was horrible. His pants got soaked as well. So, I'm having to dry everything, but not everything is drying, which is really worrying me, like especially, this is somewhat dry, but his shoes, let me feel them. Yeah, they're still wet. I don't know how. You know, I'm gonna try to use the hairdryer in here to dry his shoes because, yeah, they're soaking wet, you guys, so bad. And these are the only shoes he has to wear tonight because he has, this top was also soaked earlier. It's dried a little bit. My hair, wet. By the way, I put on my pajama pants so I could be a little cozy, but the only other shoes I brought for him were his little Birkenstocks from H&M and those will get wet easily if I let him wear them, but these Converse, like, look at them, y'all. Y'all can tell they're wet, even in the video. You can just tell, so much. So, it was raining so much that I could barely bring my phone out because my phone is cracked and the rain broke my phone. I was definitely not gonna bring this camera out and vlog, so I'm sorry for the lack of content. I'm still trying to get content. Hopefully, tomorrow's our last day and we have, like, most of the day. My flight isn't until, I think, 6 p.m. or 4 p.m., somewhere around there, but we have, like, the whole morning to walk around, get footage, so I'll try to do that. And tonight, we're gonna go to the game. I can vlog that because the rain has finally stopped, but apologies that I haven't really got content. I didn't even film my lunch. Earlier, I had lunch with Danielle and Ruby, which are Adam's coach's wife and daughter. So, I had lunch with them and their friend, her name's Stacey, and then crew also was there. We all had lunch together. It was a great lunch, fun, loved them. They're so sweet. Like, I love spending time with them, so I'm glad we got to do it in Italy. It's a memory I will keep very close to my heart, but I didn't vlog it, because obviously, like, one, I never know who wants to be on camera, who doesn't, but also, we were just all having a conversation, you know, it was like, it's not one of those moments where you're like, you're hiding my vlog, you know? But anyways, let's try to dry these, and then I'm gonna start, these pants are making me look fat. It's like right on my belly button lines, it's making me look like I got a gut. Let's try to dry these shoes, and then I'm gonna start doing, watching my shower, then start doing my hair and makeup for tonight's game and getting dressed, and then by then, crew should be up from his nap and I'll get him dressed and we'll head off.
