Moving Forward | Workbench Wednesday

I'm back in the studio after a longer than expected break. The down time gave me a chance to really think about what it takes to make a YouTube channel like this work - and how it might work better for me. I've come to some important decisions about the channel and how I'd like to be using my time going forward. If you're interested in how a channel like this works on YouTube or if you might be thinking about starting one of your own, I lay out exactly what it takes from a creative standpoint and the compromises it may require.
