Local PD ask for Arkansas State Police during pursuit - Trooper PITs van in 10 seconds or less #pit

Trooper's Report:

On 11/02/2024 at approximately 10:37pm, I was advised by Troop L dispatch Lowell Police Department was in pursuit on I49
traveling south from the 78mm and had requested our assistance.

I located the pursuit southbound near the 76mm. The suspect vehicle, a white van was traveling in the right lane with its
flashers on. At approximately 10:41pm I took over as primary unit in the pursuit and immediately initiated a tactical vehicle
intervention (TVI). The suspect vehicle left the roadway to the right and overturned. Paramedics were immediately called to
the scene for the suspect.

Lowell Police Department took the suspect, later identified as Alfred Prince, into custody without incident.
