Mandelbrot on Pi rp2350

To test the performance of the the rp2350, the top half of the Mandelbrot Set is computed in s4x28 fixed point, and the bottom in floating point. Fixed is 5 times faster than rp2040. Float is 35 times faster. Inspection of the assembly output from GCC shows that the inner iteration loop variables fit completely within the floating registers.
