Lattice-Boltzmann fluid flow on rp2350 floating point

Lattice Boltzmann was used as a speed test for a large-memory model on the rp2350 in floating point. The computation and VGA display uses all available RAM. Computation takes about 1.6 times as long as s15x16 fixed point. But the fixed point code uses lots of integer tricks to speed it up.
