Resep Sup Ayam Kelapa (untuk 6-7 porsi)

Bahan:
1 ekor ayam kampung @900gr
2 sdm garam untuk marinasi
3 buah jamur shitake
120 gr jamur shimeji putih
1 jempol jahe
40 gr kim cam (bunga sedap malam)
1 sdt lada putih butir, sangrai
1 sdt lada hitam butir, sangrai
500 ml Hydro Coco
1 liter air
½ sdt garam, opsional

Saus cocolan:
3 siung bawang putih
10 buah cabai rawit hijau
4 sdm kecap asin

Pelengkap:
Nasi putih

Langkah:
1. Potong-potong kecil ayam lalu marinasi dengan garam, aduk rata. Diamkan selama 10 menit lalu bilas
2. Iris jahe, jamur shitake, shimeji dan ikat bunga sedap malam, bilas bunga sedap malam dengan air lalu peras
3. Didihkan air di dalam panci kemudian masukkan Hydro Coco, ayam, jahe, jamur shitake, jamur shimeji, bunga sedap malam, lada hitam, dan lada putih, masak di api kecil selama 1 jam
4. Untuk cocolan, iris bawang putih dan cabai rawit hijau lalu campurkan ke dalam kecap asin, aduk rata
5. Sup ayam kelapa siap disajikan

Coconut Chicken Soup Recipe (yield 6-7 servings)

Ingredients:
1 pc free-range chicken @900g
2 tbsp salt, to marinate
3 pc Shiitake mushroom
120 g white Shimeji mushroom
1 thumb ginger
40 g kim cam (tuberose flower)
1 tsp whole white pepper, toasted
1 tsp whole black pepper, toasted
500 ml Hydro Coco
1 liter water
½ tsp salt, optional

Dipping Sauce ingredients:
3 clove garlic
10 pc green Thai chili
4 tbsp soy sauce

Others:
Rice

Steps:
1. Chop the chicken into small pieces. Marinate it with salt for 10 minutes, then rinse.
2. Slice the ginger, Shiitake, and Shimeji. Tie the tuberose flower into knots, then rinse it and squeeze the water out.
3. Bring water to a boil, then add Hydro Coco into the pan. Add chicken, ginger, Shiitake, Shimeji, tuberose flower, black pepper, and white pepper. Cook on low heat for 1 hour.
4. For the dipping sauce, slice the garlic and green Thai chili, then mix them into the soy sauce.
5. Coconut Chicken Soup is ready to serve.
