Resep Cumi Cabai Hijau (untuk 2-3 porsi)
Bahan:
500 gr cumi
1,5 liter air
7 lembar daun jeruk
1 sdt garam
Bahan lainnya:
150 gr cabai hijau tanjung
30 gr cabai rawit hijau
6 siung bawang putih
9 siung bawang merah
4-5 sdm minyak
5 lembar daun jeruk
1,5 sdm Royco Saus Tiram
¼ sdt garam
½ sdm gula pasir
¼ sdt kaldu bubuk / penyedap
50 ml air
Bahan pelengkap:
Nasi putih
Jeruk limau
Langkah:
1. Buang bagian mata, tulang cumi dan bagian keras lainnya, potong-potong kemudian bilas dengan air
2. Didihkan air, masukkan cumi, daun jeruk, dan garam, masak selama 10-15 menit
3. Cincang bawang putih, bawang merah, dan cabai hijau dengan food processor
4. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang dan cabai hijau yang telah dicincang
5. Masukkan daun jeruk dan cabai rawit, masak hingga wangi kemudian masukkan cumi, aduk rata
6. Masukkan Royco Saus Tiram, garam, gula pasir, dan kaldu bubuk, aduk rata
7. Tambahkan air, masak hingga meresap
8. Cumi cabai hijau siap disajikan

Green Chili Squid Recipe (yield 2-3 servings)
Ingredients:
500 g squid
1.5 L water
7 pc kaffir lime leaf
1 tsp salt
Other ingredients:
150 g green tanjung chili
30 g green Thai chili
6 clove garlic
9 pc shallot
4-5 tbsp oil
5 pc kaffir lime leaf
1.5 tbsp Royco Oyster Sauce
¼ tsp salt
½ tbsp sugar
¼ tsp stock powder / MSG
50 ml water
Add-ons:
Cooked rice
Kaffir lime
Steps:
1. Remove the eyes, bones, and other hard parts of the squid. Slice, then rinse with water.
2. Boil some water and add the squid, kaffir lime leaf, and salt. Boil for 10-15 minutes.
3. Chop the garlic, shallots, and green chili with a food processor.
4. Heat the oil. Stir-fry the chopped garlic, shallots, and green chili.
5. Add kaffir lime leaf and Thai chili. Cook until fragrant, then add the squid. Stir well.
6. Add Royco Oyster Sauce, salt, sugar, and stock powder. Stir well.
7. Add water and cook until water is reduced.
8. Green Chili Squid is ready to serve.
