The flower pouring design comes from West Asian brass ware. The neck of the vessel is painted with wave patterns, and the main pattern on the abdomen is decorated with tangled flowers, with a dragon shaped handle. During the Yongle and Xuande periods, there were particularly strong exchanges with West Asia, and many artifacts left traces of communication at that time.
