40' Mondo - Two Bedroom Tiny House! How Is It Laid Out?

what's up everyone I'm Stephen here with tiny house listings and today I'm standing in front of as you can see a very large tiny home this is a 399 squ foot home and it's called the Mondo and it's two bedrooms and today I want to kind of quickly show you the difference between a 32f footer and a 40-footer so as you can see this is 10t wide 40 feet long this is a two-bedroom downstairs sleeping tiny house which also will have a loft above it in the living room which would technically allow you to sleep six people um so I just want to quickly kind of go over this today and give you we were having a lot of customers who weren't quite sure how that would work when we upgraded from one bedroom which is a 32- footer to a two- bedroom which is 40-footers so in this video we're going to quickly walk you through so if you've been following us on T listings you notice that we have recently created this larger model called the Monda and the way it works is there's an entry door here kitchen bathroom bedroom living room area here and the reason we have 8T more is to add this extra bedroom now the way that works is there'll be a bedroom wall wall right here and I'll show you that when we get up to the 32f footer there'll be a bedroom wall here with a door and you walk in and then there's the second guest bedroom in the back so now that I've kind of quickly explained how that'll look here we'll go over to a 32 foot that's actually in construction right here and I'll show you what that looks like so now we are inside of a 32 by10 mono this is the one-bedroom model we've built a couple of these both of which are actually at our Mountain Haven tiny house property in Floyd Virginia and some of these are going to be going down to our upcoming OS community in Mississippi so if you're interested in that make sure you uh stay tuned to the end and we'll give you our contact information as you can see we're in the kitchen area this is the living room area we're going to flip around and I'll show you the difference just to get make it really really clear on what the difference is between a one bedroom and a two- bedroom so as you can see this tiny house is very much under construction this one has a large picture window in the back that is an option so you don't have to have that but imagine this being a wall and this is the wall to the second bedro you would enter over here there would be a pocket door so that would slide open and would take you to the next bedroom which is 8T long so you can put a queen in there you go put a little closet plenty of room for a second bedroom so if you want to use that as guest quarters if you want to have if you have kids you want to put them in there or one kid if you want to use it as a office music studio at home office whatever you want to use it for but this definitely makes it uh a lot more options for more people or more options for uh depends on whatever you need right right so anyways you would enter here go to the back and there' be windows on the second bedroom so that's just want to quickly show you the difference between a one-bedroom Mondo and a two-bedroom Mondo so if you have any questions reach out to us at build at tinyhouselistings.com or go to Tiny hous listings. build there'll be a models tab click on the Mondo and that'll give you more information so anyways thanks for watching see you on the next video
