Video Summary
AI GeneratedStephen Harrell provides a final progress update on a tiny house purchased for $3,000 from Facebook Marketplace. The home is nearly complete and is being prepared for transport to Mountain Haven, where it will be fully furnished with a deck for guests.
What's up, everyone?
I'm Stephen Harrell, Tiny House Listings,
and we are back at the $3,000 tiny house today,
and this should be the last video that you'll see.
Well, there'll be one more,
but that'll be where this tiny house is set up
at Mountain Haven.
My tiny house community,
all set up with a deck and furniture
and completely furnished, ready to go for guests.
So I thought, real quickly,
before we haul it off, I'd show you where we're at,
and there's still some little more touch-up things
and stuff to do, but for the most part, it's ready to go.
Here's the outside of the $3,000 tiny home,
and if this is your first video
that you've seen in this series,
I bought this on Facebook Marketplace for $3,000,
and they were asking eight or nine,
trying to remember, something like that,
and I talked them down to three,
because they just didn't want it.
They didn't want to finish it.
So as you can see,
we got ourselves a little front porch light now.
Everything's simple.
And then we've trimmed off everything.
We painted the wheel wells.
Again, very simple trim, super cheap stuff.
Those are mostly like furlings, furling strips,
so very simple.
You can see we installed a double bed platform,
so that'll hold a 52-inch full-size bed for two people,
and we put ourselves a little stained table there,
so what'll happen is you'll have,
or I'll have, two bar-height seats,
and so you'll be able to look out,
put your feet up here on the wheel well,
and look out the window while you're eating
or working on your laptop or whatever.
There's Dad out there.
Say, hey, Dad, and so this is where the bed'll go.
We're gonna do something else over here.
I'm not sure, like some sort of sitting area maybe.
That's the AC that will cool the entire place very easily.
I don't know if it's gonna go there or not.
Haven't decided the kitchen layout,
but we also have an apartment-size fridge,
which is 10.1 cubic feet.
Got lights in here now.
Just two lights will easily illuminate
the entire tiny house,
and then we'll have a little side table lamp here
or something, I'm not sure,
but yeah, it's basically done.
Just gotta put a little plate on here,
but other than that, it's ready to go.
So in the next video,
you'll see this tiny house set up at Mountain Haven.
It'll be ready to go.
It'll have a nice little deck out front,
furnished and ready to go,
and in that video, we'll go through,
and I'll tell you about all the numbers,
the final numbers, how much everything costs
to finish this tiny house.
This is a very quick video.
I just wanted to show you where we're at.
Again, very rustic, doesn't have a bathroom,
doesn't have a shower.
Where it's going, it'll have a shower.
There'll be a shower house and bathroom there,
so we'll be able to walk just a few feet
to get over to the shower house.
Now, if we wanted to, I'll show you real quick.
In the future, I may put a bathroom and shower here,
so what would happen is,
there's not enough room to have a shower here
based on the dimensions here,
so you'd put a toilet here,
and the wall, you would come out like eight inches,
and then right here, go flat with it,
so you'd come out at an angle.
Then right here, 32 inches,
which is where your shower is,
you'd go like that and have a shower there,
and then a pedestal sink mounted to the wall,
which would be a super simple little bathroom,
which we may do in the future.
All right, so that's it.
I just wanted to show you the tiny house, where it's at.
The next time you see it, it'll be at Mountain Haven.
We'll do a final tour, a final walkthrough,
so all the people who've watched the,
I think it was the fifth or sixth video in this series,
thank you.

to make sure you don't miss any future videos.
Thanks for watching.
See you in the next video.
