New details in possible road rage double shooting i

Philadelphia police are investigating a possible road rage incident they say occurred in the Logan section of the city on Sunday afternoon.

At around 2:30 p.m., police responded to the shooting incident in the 1900 block of Windrim Avenue.

When they arrived, they found a 32-year-old woman shot in the elbow and a 30-year-old man shot in the chest. The car they were inside was also pierced by at least one bullet.

Police sources tell Action News the incident began with erratic driving between two vehicles that eventually led to an exchange of words and gunfire.
