[Music] good first I'm going to make a Danish candy called sisa um and they look like this uh what you do is you start with mixing the colors you need for it compare it with the candy uh I took a picture and compared the green with the green and the pink with the pink and black since it's so we start with this one I take the black and I put it through my pasta machine in one of the biggest settings cuz we are going to make a cane that we can use for this and I will make a nice nice black thing of this and then I will put the wrist black through my p a machine again and and I take this and I shap it almost the same as this one as good as I can and I cut in a half because we need to make it look like this candy and I need half a green and half a pink so I'll just roll this one into sausage and I put the green one here and I put the black slide here and I roll a pink one into a little cane thing sausage and I put that one here and then I do the opposite on the other side First's the green one and then the black piece and the pink over here and that is how this candy looks when you look at it from the O so I actually have my cane right here now I squeeze it and make sure it still have the right shapes in the middle and I squeeze it push it really good together make sure you can see the black all the way around like that and now you're just roll it and make your candy cane but this one you don't put in slices you have to uh cut it in pieces and uh make them to small holes I will show you I roll my cane really really thin now I will show you what I do I just cut off I do that right I cut off some tiny pieces and I roll them like that and there you have your it that's how easy it is just roll them a tiny bit
