Giant SNOWY GROUPER And THE SEA CAT (Catch Clean Cuisine)

On this episode, we hit a deep snapper ground off the south of the island called Trinidad. On the first drop we used a whole squid and hooked into a massive snowy grouper. It's rare to find them this big down here, so I was super excited to show you guys. Unfortunately I didn't realize taking my air pods out while using Filmic Pro was going to cut out the sound. Lesson learned. Then we filet the catch at Port St. Charles before taking it to another local restaurant called The Sea Cat for some local cuisine. Hope you guys enjoy!
