Welcome to Cheshire, home to some of the highest paid footballers in the country.
Today we'll be exploring a property that is every player's dream.
I'm Jasmine and you're watching The Luxury Home Show.
The property is located on the outskirts of the prestigious Over Oldley.
We're in Cheshire's Golden Triangle which is home to some of the most
impressive houses and properties in the area.
And this home is no exception.
Listed at just under £5 million of Jackson Stops,
this home not only has an indoor pool, spa complex, home cinema, paddle court,
but it also has 23 acres of land which offers you unparalleled views and unmatched privacy.
Now imagine this price tag in London.
So if you are a footballer thinking of a move then do consider our more northern clubs.
Your money here goes a lot further than it does down south.
And the teams are better.
But before we head inside, I do want to just talk you through the exterior a little more.
We have a self-contained annex here with four garages underneath,
electric gated access at the front into your grounds,
and then we also have plenty of parking spaces with an EV charger too.
But come on, I'm so excited to take you inside.
Follow me.
We're going to start the tour here where we have a biometric access leading into the property
and we have a very unique front door with this metallic finish and a solid bronze handle.
Now this was actually inspired by the owner's son's love for Harry Potter.
I mean six and bristles on the end of that and you've got yourself a Nimbus 3000.
But come on in to the entrance hall.
This space is so vast and from the outside,
you get a really good look at the structure that gives it its volume.
We have a glazing here of this front aspect,
allowing that natural sun to flood on in,
not just into the entrance hall, but also through to the open plan area.
Follow me.
So this living area comprises of a dining section, a lounge and also the kitchen.
There's quite a few rooms jutting off too with some surprises that I can't wait to show you.
Now what you probably can see is the pool right at the back there.
This whole space was designed so that no matter kind of where you are in the room,
you've got a view to the pool and around.
Really good for say if you have younger kids, you can keep your eye on them.
Let's start over here in the kitchen.
First up, we have the granite island that ties in nicely with the slate.
We can see it around the house.
What I love about this space is it feels quite cozy and rustic,
almost farmhouse inspired, especially with all the walnut you can see,
the exposed brick behind me and also these pendant lights too.
But then you do have those small industrial touches as well
with the stainless steel drawers here, the fridge drawers,
and then also the tap on this side.
Behind me, we have an agar, which I absolutely love in a beautiful blue colour.
Perfect for cooking, especially if you're, you know,
a bit of a chef and I might just stay here because it's really toasty.
And then we've got plenty of storage throughout here.
But what I think is really unique about the layout of this kitchen is this section here.
So you've got almost your breakfast bar area,
but it's more of a dining setup.
So you can sit here with your family and use it as more of an informal eating area.
And I like how it backs up onto this island as well.
So you can, you know, pass things over easily.
And this table here was actually made from a felled tree on the owner's lands.
Now, this lounge spot is so cozy and really fits in with that rustic charm.
You've got the light blue sofa from Loaf, very comfortable.
And then opposite here, we have the divide wall with that slate that you see on the exterior,
in the entrance hall and also in the pool room,
really in keeping with that material palette.
And you've got the TV there, double sided fireplace as well.
So this can be a really cozy spot to sit down and watch some TV.
I think naturally you would gravitate towards this seating area more than the others.
We do have a separate lounge and a cinema room,
but I feel like those are more for hosting or for events or a movie night, that kind of thing.
I feel like you'd spend most of your time here.
We've got the pool to show you next.
So follow me as I take you into the leisure facilities.
Now, how's this for your own indoor pool?
The owner got so lucky being able to install this here on the ground floor.
We are in Cheshire's Greenbelt,
so it's very hard to get planning permission to install such things
and kind of increase the footprint of the house.
But I absolutely love it.
The size of it, the color, we've got the mosaic tiles,
and you also have the stretched ceiling up above,
which we've seen in quite a few pool rooms.
And I absolutely love it.
You've even got a TV in here,
so I can imagine watching TV while sitting in that hot tub over there.
I think that would actually be my favorite spot.
You've got access out to a terrace, which I'll show you in a little bit.
But follow me.
We've got some more rooms along here.
First up is the sauna.
I can imagine this being perfect
if you are an athlete, footballer, undergoing recovery.
Then right next to it, we have a toilet, shower and changing room.
And then at the end here is our gym.
Perfect spot for a little workout,
looking over the pool and the lovely greenery outside.
You've got air con in here and it's mirrored too.
Now that we've seen the leisure facilities,
I think we can all agree this is the perfect time for a footballer.
And I actually can confirm the rumors
that whilst Ronaldo was getting settled here in the UK,
he did stay here.
And if it's good enough for the goat,
then I suppose it's good enough for the rest of us too.
Now, this terrace area, I really love.
The house was designed in an L shape to really make use of this space.
You can access all the different rooms from here.
We've got a little glance up to the principal suite up there,
which I'll take you to soon.
And this is just such a great space.
You've got a perfect mix of patio and lawn space.
Over that side, we have our paddle tennis court.
Obsessed.
Tom and I love playing paddle tennis.
So to have one of those in your own home is incredible.
And then just over to my right, we have a field,
which is part of your land, which houses the owner's cows.
Also incredible.
But come on in back inside.
Now, just off the kitchen, we have our cinema room.
So come on in.
This is so cozy.
I love the choice of the red seats as well.
Definitely very kind of vintage, bougie cinema.
You've got the soundproof walls with that velvet in that panelling.
And then obviously in front of me, the projector screen,
which is such a great place to sit down and watch some luxury home show.
What else would you watch?
And that reminds me, guys, in case you have forgotten,
we have partnered with Looking Glass Lodge
to bring you the chance to win a free two-night weekend stay.

Good luck.
Anyway, let's head out of here.
I've got some more rooms to show you on the ground floor before we head upstairs.
Now, I mentioned before the house was designed in an L shape.
We are currently checking out the shorter wing,
which has three rooms, starting here with a WC and boot room.
If you follow me down a little step, we have our study.
This is another example of how the wood in this house creates such cosy spaces.
This wood on the wall here was actually imported from Atlanta,
where the owner bought a cabin, ripped it apart and repurposed the wood.
You're going to see some of it in the principal suite as well.
But I can imagine this being a very nice, intimate,
enjoyable space to get some work done.
But follow me, we've got one more room down here.
Now, this is our final lounge space here on the ground floor.
Behind me, we have the fireplace, again with that slate that runs from the outside inside.
And you've got the strategically placed windows either side, so you can see that.
This is more of a formal space.
I can imagine if you've got guests over, you might chill in here.
And I like that you can see out to the front of the property too.
But over here, for me, the most impressive part of the room
is actually this antique restored piano from the 1700s.
We see a lot of houses, but we don't see these every day.
We're back in the entrance hall,
but I couldn't take you upstairs without an honourable mention
to this beautiful wall-mounted floating staircase.
The walnut continues up onto the first floor
and I can't wait to show you up there, so follow me.
This art piece opposite the stairs is by Frank Kruger.
It was commissioned for the house to tie in the nice bronze features
you can see here on the lights, and it's actually gold leaf.
So a nice bit of luxury there.
But we're going to head straight across into the principal suite first.
Now, this room is just as grand as all the others we've seen so far.
Ceiling heights, again, so tall.
And then we've got a smaller version of the light in the entrance hall in here too.
Very rustic.
The bed behind me tying into that perfectly with the custom wooden headboard
and also the bed underneath.
I really like that.
I've never seen that before.
It's kind of sat on planters, which is cool.
And then straight opposite, we also have the TV,
which is in that same wooden unit.
And the speakers have been integrated into that also.
Best thing about this bedroom is the fact that we have a balcony
overlooking your land.
And boy, is that a view, especially this time of day.
And we can see out to the cows.
Let me show you the bathroom because it's so incredible.
Now, this ensuite is fit for the bat cave.
How epic is this?
You've got the stone on the walls.
Now, it's reinforced by steel because it was so heavy.
I actually took four people to lift each individual tile,
what I should say block really.
And this was cut from a mountainside.
And I love how that contrasts with the more smooth tiles around here.
But sticking with that darker colour theme,
it's very masculine and raw in here.
And you've got the bath in the middle set into the stone as well.
And then just in front of me, the double showers.
And then on this side, the twin basins,
which Tom and I are always a really big fan of this
when they have the smooth edges.
Let's go check out the dressing room.
Now, credit to the owner in here because it is very nicely organised.
You've got the central island in the middle for your shoes.
Now, I really do want to know,
what would you prefer in your walk-in wardrobe?
Open shelving or closed shelving?
Let us know down in the comments below.
We're sticking to that rustic theme in here again
with the antler chandelier and all that glorious warm wood.
But come on, we've got some more bedrooms to see.
Our next bedroom also comes equipped with a walk-in wardrobe section
and an ensuite with a bath and shower.
In the bedroom itself, we have double aspects.
So it's really bright in here.
Tall ceilings yet again.
And the TV is housed in almost a beach hut.
Also up here on the first floor,
we have our laundry slash utility room through here,
which is really handy to have on the first floor.
Means you don't have to take your washing downstairs
just to take it back up again.
So when you think about it, it's very smart.
But as we continue down, we're coming through the wing
and we have some more bedrooms.
So another one in here.
I love the picture windows each bedroom has
and also has an ensuite and a dressing room.
And then here at the end, we have another bedroom.
You've got a view out to your annex
where you also have an incredibly generous sized bedroom
and kitchen space.
And then on this side, you've got views out to the garden
and the paddle tennis court.
Each room comes with its own walk-in wardrobe
and ensuite, which is really good.
But we've got actually one more floor to show you.
So follow me.
This space almost takes inspiration
from those New York loft style apartments.
The son said he wanted, you know, an apartment style room
and this is what he got.
So starting here, this lounge section,
I can imagine bringing your friends back after school,
playing some video games.
And then over there, we have the bed, wardrobe section
and even this huge desk area.
And then just next to me here,
the ensuite with the black tiles.
We thought we'd wait until the evening
and the sunset to come out here
and show you what the house looks like yet again
because it's a completely different property by night.
I mean, this is why the glazing pays off so much
because in these twilight moments,
you can just see that glow
and it almost feels magical to be honest.
And I love how the warm light is just seeping out.
We've also got lots of exterior lighting on the driveway,
even on the annex and in the bushes.
So yeah, it just creates this really tranquil atmosphere.
Now remember the home is for sale
just under 5 million pounds with Jackson's Stop.
So all that information can be found
