Newly revealed text messages have amped up the case against Sean Diddy Combs, as a Manhattan
judge ruled that the hip-hop mogul will remain jailed until his trial.
Manhattan federal judge Andrew Carter Jr. deemed Diddy's proposed $50 million bail with home
detention and electronic monitoring insufficient, and prefers to keep him detained.
During the hearing, the prosecutor presented messages between the Bad Boy Records founder
and his alleged victims, strengthening her argument that Combs should stay behind bars.
While Diddy remains at the Metro Detention Center in Sunset Park, Brooklyn,
his massive mansion remains on the market for $61.5 million.
His estate, located in Holmby Hills, was raided recently as a result of the ongoing investigation
Inside, it spans 17,000 square feet and boasts some epic features like a movie theater,
an underwater swimming tunnel that connects to a private grotto,
as well as a separate spa house with steam room, massage room, and beauty salon.
Diddy's Beverly Hills mansion is currently listed for sale at $61.5 million despite the rapper's
recent arrest on his current charges, which we can't discuss here on YouTube,
but I think you guys already know.
Diddy was arrested by federal agents in New York City six months after Homeland Security
raided his Los Angeles residence and his waterfront home in Miami.
His arrest came just over a week after listing his 10-bedroom, 13-bathroom mansion in Holmby Hills,
which is described in the listing as one of the area's most spectacular and beautiful estate.
Now, records show the property is still available for purchase about 24 hours
after Diddy's arrest. If he successfully sells the home at the asking price,
he would make a big profit, having originally purchased it for $39 million back in 2014.
Diddy has offered glimpses of his luxury Holmby Hills estate on social media over the years.
The modern, colonial-style home, complete with antique wrought iron balconies
and French doors, sits on a sprawling property that includes a large swimming pool,
basketball court, manicured gardens, and much more.
The 17,000-square-foot European-style villa also features an additional
3,000-square-foot guesthouse with two floors.
In the main house, there's a gourmet kitchen featuring a massive white marble center island
with cream wood-paneled appliances, and elsewhere, a home gym.
The gym includes cardio equipment, a weightlifting section, and a large TV.
The mansion boasts a 35-seat home theater ideal for private screenings,
a wine room, and a separate spa house with a steam room, massage room, and beauty salon,
providing a complete relaxation experience.
In the backyard, Diddy's mansion includes a hot tub, a covered patio perfect for outdoor dining,
multiple lounge areas, a fire pit, and a swimming pool with waterslide.
He once posted a video of himself hosting a dinner party under the covered patio,
showing off the beautifully maintained garden,
with a towering sculpture of a female figure at its center.
Another one of the estate's highlights is definitely the underwater swimming tunnel,
leading to a private grotto, adding a magical touch to the mansion.
This Los Angeles home is situated in one of the most exclusive areas in the country.
Neighbors include Kylie Jenner, Sean Parker,
Alexandra von Furstenberg, and the former Playboy mansion.
Diddy also owns a waterfront property off Miami Beach,
which was rated at the same time as his LA estate.
In 2021, he paid $35 million for the former South Florida residence
of music icons Gloria and Emilio Estefan on Star Island,
located next to the home he has owned since 2003, according to property records.
His original property, a 13,000-square-foot estate purchased for over $14 million,
was once owned by music mogul Tommy Mottola.
This two-story mega-mansion spans 19,500 square feet and includes nine bedrooms,
12 bathrooms, a luxury swimming pool, and a boat dock.
In 2021, Diddy expanded his holdings on Star Island by purchasing the neighboring mansion
for $35 million from Gloria Estefan.
Built in 1940, this 8,000-square-foot home features six bedrooms,
10 bathrooms, a resort-style pool, and 240 feet of waterfront.
The elegant property, with white-themed decor and hardwood and marble floors,
also includes a two-story guest house,
and offers stunning ocean views from many of its rooms and terraces.
Sean Diddy Combs has one impressive real estate portfolio,
including his sprawling estates in Los Angeles and on Miami's Star Island.
However, his luxurious lifestyle and success contrast sharply with his current legal troubles,
as he faces serious charges and finds himself in jail.
With his properties, including his Beverly Hills mansion, remaining on the market
and ongoing investigations into his activities, Diddy's future remains uncertain.
His next court appearance and the outcome of the charges against him
could have a huge impact on both his personal and professional life.
I mean, let's be real, they already are.
For today, that'll wrap up this house tour.
