It has many different recipes in Iran and Iraq and Kurdistan and turkey and azerbaijan and some other Arab countries ... They cook it with lamb or beef or chicken,and the difference is in using different spices and extra ingredients. But in this easy and fast recipe,I make it with chicken breast.
